This place is the best BBQ around the area. 10/10. Everything I've tried has been fantastic. Pulled pork is the best.
We picked up dinner from Ziegler's yesterday for a party. We had pulled pork and pulled chicken, macaroni and cheese and baked beans. It was amazing! All of the guests really enjoyed the food and many of them had not been to Zeigler's before but couldn't say enough wonderful things about the food! Thank you so much for helping me host a successful party!!

We purchased a Boston butt from the zone in Marietta. I'm from Texas. This is the best barbecue I've had in Georgia. Seriously.
Came down from Pittsburgh Pa to visit family... I said I want to get the best BBQ while I was there... Went to Zeigler's and they did not disappoint!!! Kuddos!!!
We used Zeigler's for our Boston Butt fundraiser this year and they were awesome! They took care of everything. Definitely will use again! Thanks to Al and his entire staff!

No better place to get BBQ in Georgia! My favorite place to eat! Very friendly and we always enjoy our food! And it's quick service.

I was skeptical about this place since I have driven right past it without even noticing it before.... no one has ever suggested it, never seen any advertisements, nuthin... pleasantly surprised! It is a tiny place with enough seating for about 30 if you know everybody - cozy. As you may have read in other reviews, it’s an order-at-the-counter kinda place, but the plates were delivered and the empties bussed, so it’s kinda a sit-down.... that helped take the bite out of the 32.00 for two plates (premium? Whaaaa? What’s a regular here). I had seen a few raves for the brisket, and when the counter staff suggested it over the ribs, I took that. I also tried the Mac n Cheese.... and I’m glad I did, on both accounts! The brisket is very flavorful, maybe just a bit dry, but with a little -and I mean just a little- of the apple bourbon sauce it was perfect.... great bark, great flavor, a compliment to the sauce. Whoa, they’ve found a fan here. My dining partner had the pulled sammich and while the pork was good, it was about average to the other nearby joints, so I made the correct choice it seems. This place is a solid four for the meats, but their bread (buns) is average, and the price point put them in solid just a four. If the price included two sides and a few pickles I might eat here several times a week..... you know I’m a ‘que snob so “just a four” and a promise of a quick return trip means you’ll like it too.... but trust me here.... brisket is the way to go.

Oh, the Brisket!. Zeigler's is a order and pay at the counter establishment. We ordered the Dinner for 2 which came with brisket and ribs for the meat and 4 sides. Brisket was the best I've ever had and the ribs were meaty and delcious. Fries were standard for a BBQ joint, tangy slaw was yummy, mac & cheese seemed homemade, and the okra was fresh and delish. I do wish Birmingham had a Zeigler's - it was great!
And it was big portions for the amount of money you paid and the quality of food. Well done, Zeigler's!
Really great BBQ... Highly recommended. Zeigler's is a small and simply, yet clean and friendly, BBQ establishment. Their beef brisket is some of the best I've ever eaten. It has a tasty rub, a good smoke flavor, and is so tender you can cut it with a fork. It melts in your mouth too. The spare ribs are perfectly cooked as well. Be sure to try the Fried Okra and Tangy Slaw sides. Also, the Spicy and Apple Bourbon house sauces are fantastic.

Excellent BBQ. After hearing good things from a couple hard-core food people, made a lunch stop.
Went with the 3-meat combo. Got brisket, spare ribs, and quarter chicken (dark meat). For sides did the spicy corn nuggets and the green beans.
All the meats were excellent. The brisket had a good bark, the ribs had a lot of smoke and were a great balance of moist and meaty and very close to falling off the bone but NOT falling off the bone (IMHO, they are overdone if they're falling off the bone). The chicken also got good marks for being smokey, moist, and still having a crispy skin. The sides where good with the spicy corn nuggets being creamy and indeed spicy.
The table sauces are a bourbon honey sauce and a spicy version of the same. Good, though maybe a little sweet for my tastes.
Finally, worth noting that the folks here seemed very nice, willing to discuss what makes their food better/different than others, and really interested in my opinion.
Very worth a stop if I'm back in the area.
Saving Grace. Since moving to Atlanta from Alabama, I've been bummed out by the lack of good barbeque. You can find it, but it's harder to find and get to around here, not all over the place like in Alabama. Zeigler's has filled the void. It is always great. Not just the pulled pork, the brisket and the chicken is great too. The apple bourbon sauce is excellent but the dry rub is good too. The sides that I have had are all excellent as well.
Small place, buried in a strip mall, but dont let that chase you off. Only a handful of tables, but it isn't ever a problem as most of their clientele does carry out.
Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
By far the best BBQ in NW metro Atlanta.
Their dry rub BBQ is close to the best I've ever had; and I've had alot from the heart of Texas to Memphis. But for us lucky people here in Acworth, we are fortunate to have Zieglers nearby! DO NOT even bother trying the BBQ place across the street called "Bar-B-Cutie"... no comparison.

Be Early. Like everything about Zeigler's now that they have expanded the dining area. The ribs, pulled pork, chicken and wings are all done with smoky goodness. Their sides are some of the best, with two styles of coleslaw tangy and creamy. The only issue I have is they always seem to be out of whatever I'm desiring, but that's the way of the BBQ. Only so much is made per day and when it's gone it's gone.
I've been at 2 events that Zeigler's catered and both times it was very tasty. The BBQ pork was not dried out and both the hot and sweet sauce were great.

The brisket was fantastic, but I wasn't too impressed with much else here which earns them a solid three stars. I've still yet to try their chicken and ribs though.
Our first time here and we were very impressed. The brisket was fantastic! The green beans and creamy coleslaw were delicious. We will definitely be back. The restaurant is clean and the service was friendly and organized.
My boyfriend and I eat here pretty frequently since we found them in 2020! We found them to be one of the only BBQ places around that actually had a full menu and still do!! In addition the cashiers are always friendly and ensure the order is correct by reading it back. As for the food, it’s top notch and never disappointed! It’s consistent and that’s a great thing! I literally have probably ordered here 50 times since finding them and not once has my order been messed up! Their holiday meals are also perfect too! Cute and clean place too!
I went here with my daughter based off of her recommendation. Ordered the pulled pork, chicken tenders and hickory fries. Food was great! Staff was very professional and nice. Spicy BBQ and the ketchup was good. Would highly recommend.
I am not a person who has devoted his life to barbecue. I am a fan, however, and have sampled fare from numerous locations throughout the country. Zeigler's is without a doubt my absolute favorite. I make it a point to go here every time I visit my family in the area. I have boarded planes with pounds of pulled chicken to enlighten the DC area as to how good barbecue can actually be. It's the best.
The barbecue is fantastic. Juicy, sweet, not fat or gristle. Sauce is great but I eat the pulled pork without sauce sometimes since it is so good. Eat here all the time and will continue to. Highly recommend.
