This is a warm and welcoming local restaurant! The food is full flavor and caters to your level of spice. We had appetizers, entrees, dessert, tea and coffee. It was all so good. They have vegan and vegetarian and gluten-free options which is perfect for our family. Try the honey wine and bread pudding. The lamb was really flavorful too. We will be back with friends!
Queen of Sheba Restaurant
I feel like Royalty 🤴🏽👸🏾🌹 eating at this beautiful authentic restaurant. First the service staff and the vibe was very inviting. The menu was very well put together with a lot of items to choose from and nice pictures showing what you can choose to eat 🍲🥗🍛🧆. If you're looking for a formal or non-formal dining experience. This is the place I would like to recommend for some fantastic Ethiopian🇪🇹🌍 cuisine. I'm looking forward to the new experiences, I will receive at this establishment in the future 💚💛❤️
Absolutely beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. We learned a lot from Ethiopian cuisine and tried many different flavors. Very vegan and vegetarian friendly, but has many options for carnivores as well. Delicious food and overall pleasant experience!
Wow! Great place for authentic Ethiopian food. This is a beautiful place for a date night, business meeting, or catching up meal. I ordered the ravioli, and I do not recommend it. The pieces were SO HUGE. 😅 I could barely fit one into my mouth and the sauce got on my shirt. I can’t get the stain out. 😭 So, definitely try this place if you want a different cultural sensory experience and try some of the classic / original style meals. (:
What a cool experience ! We started off with some amazing appetizers. The cauliflower and injera rolls were amazing ! For main courses we got some of the Ethiopian specialties and a fettuccine alfredo. The Ethiopian main was not our favorite to be completely honest. It may have been because the chef left early that day but it just didn’t taste good at all in my opinion. The fettuccine alfredo was actually phenomenal, I would come back just for the Ethiopian influenced Italian dishes ! Lastly what is holding this review to 4 stars is the phenomenal dessert. I think this is one of my top 5 desserts in Dallas now. It was to die for ! Lastly, the staff and service are hands down the best you can ask for, they make you feel at home and always check up on you ! They even gave away complementary chocolate boxes to mothers on mother’s day. This was very nice of the staff, amazing folks !
I hope to come back to get the Italian dishes and the dessert and maybe give the Ethiopian food another try with the main chef there !
Phenomenal customer service!!!!! I'll give the food an overall 4-stars! I think my absolute favorite was the Sabucha, Zucchini Fritte & the Homemade Marina!!!!! I forgot to order the bread pudding to-go, but I'll get that next time.
We went for lunch, Joe was so helpful with the menu. I ordered the slow cooked lamb, vegetables, beets, and spicy lentils, the spice was perfect. 8 was so full, I couldn't finish. I got an iced coffee to go, by far, it was one of the top ten coffees of my life.
The food is exquisite, the atmosphere is inviting, the staff's customer service is impeccable. I'm only in Dallas for a couple of days, it's going to be difficult to resist visiting this establishment again.
