Considering I work for McDonald's, this location is quite nicer than mine. Pretty good on service. Was quick and accurate.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Just wish they had a little more healthier food available. Place is well kept and clean.
A Quarter Pounder deluxe with cheese and bacon, and a small fry. I couldn't eat it until I got home because of COVID, but it was hot, fresh, and delicious!
Quick and courteous. Coming from ny, I love how they have rice and guava here!! Very cool speciality rather than the average McDonald's.
The portion of food they give for breakfast platters are small. Fast service though.
Typical fast food but stars for the staff. I think all of Aiea Heights stops by here on their commute out. Awesome workers who push through a heavy morning line with a smile and efficiency. Coffee. 😎 also they have special family meal deals I've never seen at any other McD's!

This McDonald's is forever busy and there is usually a wait at the drive thru. Besides that the staff is always friendly and the food is freshly prepared.
Average service of a run of the mill McDonald's. Expect challenges in the parking lot! Congestion and a poor layout lead to problems during meal times.
Although there was a long line, there were two associates that were taking our orders for convenience.
Come here instead of the one at kam highway. Customer service is way better here than the one there, and it also tastes better (maybe it’s more fresh here?).
