Absolutely phenomenal second visit to Fleming’s. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and they have a great wine selection. The maple glazed bacon is to die for!!! I almost forgot the carrot cake-definitely worth saving room for! Our server, Jen R., was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
Service was impeccable, food was outstanding, wine selection was amazing. We went for our 4 year wedding anniversary and this may be the start of a new tradition to always celebrate our anniversary’s at Flemings. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were very impressed. Our server Elizabeth was awesome! She was very nice, informative and willing to make our dinner a night to remember. We started off with some Moscato and the mushroom filled ravioli. Then for the main course I got the Bone-In Ribeye (to die for) and my wife ordered lobster tempura. Everything was well worth the money!

My husband and I treated our son (his birthday) and his girlfriend to dinner. The meal and service was beyond our expectations. Bryan felt special having his birthday acknowledged by several staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and unpretentious. Our waitress was wonderful. We truly enjoyed having her serve us. We have brainstormed and can’t remeber her name. 🙁 she made all of us feel special and catered to our every request without hesitation. Reservation was Jan 1 430. The food was spectacular. Our steaks were mouth watering. The lava cake was delectable! Thank you for helping us celebrate and create memories that last forever.
My husband took me for Mother's Day. We decided to go with the brunch menu and I selected the Lobster Bisque Soup, Signature Eggs Benedict, the sides were potatoes, and asparagus, and had the Cheesecake with Blueberries. All I can say was it was fabulous. From our server Chad to the exceptional food which was cooked perfectly. We will certainly be visiting there again was a truly enjoyable experience.

This place is fantastic! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and the service couldn’t have been better! The food, staff, getting our picture taken, and the atmosphere was all excellent! We will be back!
I can't say enough about how amazing everything is here. Service, food, drinks, atmosphere and the people are off the charts. Both Kirk, our favorite server and Mike, the manager go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable! We just might celebrate EVERY birthday AND anniversary here!!
The staff was very nice and personable. They were on. Point with the wine recommendation. It made our anniversary dinner quite enjoyable. The prices were expensive but the aged NY Strip was worth it .
This was a pricey evening but worth every penny. From the blueberry lemon drop, to the maple bacon appetizer, to the filets..Awesome. Our server was Liz and she was very pleasant and did not rush us. This was our first time at Fleming's but I am sure we will return!

I was in the mood for a good steak, and I wanted to find somewhere to get that good steak, but I also wanted fine dining, with great service, a great wine list and so on. Not much to ask right? Well, it is if you’re staying in Canton, Ohio with family, the choices of fine dining are very limited in this town, so it required a forty minute drive to the western edge of the city of Akron in Fairlawn, to the multi award winning upscale chain Fleming’s Steakhouse.
Looking for a guaranteed amazing meal? Fleming’s is a top tier restaurant that never fails to be a great experience! I’ve been many times and the quality of food has not once been less than perfect. Excellent service - Bob the GM remembers us each time and truly cares how our experience is. Definitely pricey, but I’d highly recommend to anyone craving a memorable dinner out.
Good food, good service, pricey. We have always had a good meal and received good service. Strong wine list. Unless you sit at the bar and order off the bar menu, expect to spend some money. Bob the GM very friendly and seems to truly care about your dining experience.
Great place to eat. My wife and I make the 30 minute trek here as often as possible. Ask for the panko crusted shrimp with jalapeno jelly as an appetizer, even if it is not listed - one of my favorite samplings in any restaurant.
Steaks are above average, and I have found the seafood to be very good as well. I would definitely sign up on their email list before going, you get some really nice discounts and coupons.
Service is really great as well. The server takes your valet slip when you pay and your car is waiting outside the door as you walk out.
From the appetizer to the wedge salad to the main filet to the blue cheese mash potatoes to the lava cake dessert it is amazing! We go to red, Hyde park, Morton's, and this is still our favorite for a great steak, service , and atmosphere.
Pricey but worth it. Look! Everything is not sauerkraut balls and greasy chicken in life. This is a fine dining experience. Three people are going to interface with you and at least two chefs will be represented on your plate. CHEFS. Prime location ad excellent ingredients. Go to Swensons if you don't want to be treated like someone special. Flemings is fantastic. Its anniversary, engagement and birthday special. The bar looks great - though I don't sit at bars. The food is fan-tas-tic! The service is the best in the area no doubt. You are clearly getting what you paid for and I certainly cant afford to eat her all the time, but that is why it is a special place...its ambitious and delivers. Take your special someone here and you WILL be their special someone. They offer deals all the time - get on the mailing list...you'll see. I love love love this place. Steaks will melt in your mouth and deserts are sublime.
I have been to Flemings upwards of 10 times, and neither I nor my guests have ever had anything less than perfect. The steaks are immaculate. Cooked perfectly every time. I've yet to visit a steak house that is this 'on the money' every time when it comes to cooking steaks to temperature. The salads and sides are, as one guest of mine put it "heavenly". The price is on par for an upscale steakhouse. I've never had a hostess, waiter, or waitress that was anything less than extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The management is warm and friendly as well. You won't be disappointed.
With the demise of XO and the impossibility of getting into Strip, we checked out Fleming's and it quickly became my new go-to steakhouse. The service was excellent and the restaurant had a comfortable, laid back vibe with a nice ambiance and was not overly crowded on the Sunday night that we came in. Margarita was one of the best that I have had at a steakhouse and everything was cooked perfectly, including the NY Strip Steak. We had the brussel sprouts, Flemings Potatoes, onion rings and mac n cheese as sides and my guests had the petite filets which also appeared to be cooked perfectly. Other reviewers rave about the Lava Cake and they are not wrong. Definitely the perfect way to end the meal.
This was the perfect destination for our first Valentine’s Day as husband and wife. The staff were the absolute sweetest across the board and the food was mind blowing it delicious. We will absolutely be returning!

We came to Flemings for our anniversary with high hopes. Lets just say we were not disappointed at all. I got the 4course meal. My husband got the seafood tower for us to split. He got the tomahawk steak with the truffle lobster. Amazing with every bite! The staff were incredible. Our experience was unforgettable.

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC meal at Fleming's this past weekend. Our server Holly was top notch. From the Bella Union wine and sourdough bread, to the Fleming's Salad and tuna poke appetizer, to the Filet and roasted side veggies-- all were perfection! As someone who eats whole-foods-plant-based ("vegan"), what stood out to me, was their ability to make an "off the menu" delicious meal for me! Look at that pic...it was phenomenal! You'd never expect to eat so well as a vegan at a steak house, but low and behold it was one of the best meals I've had at a restaurant since going plant-based over a year ago. FIVE STARS for the food, service, ambiance, and creativity! Thank you, we'll be back!:)
Some minor problems with drinks. We ordered blueberries lemon drop and I thought it was not good. I then replaced it with a brandy Alexander it was awesome. The food we ordered was two for Tues. We got the cowboy steak baked potato salads and asparagus. Excellent meals. Desert included cheesecake and molten lava cake. Our birthday celebration was wonderful. Service exceptionally good and my sisters chalian base was a hit. She loved it. Well worth my sons 300$. Hopefully you can spend a special occasion there soon and we also got birthday cards and a box of chocolates. Loved our birthday dinner. Thanks so much

My husband and I were in Raleigh for business and he was busy all week. I wanted to treat him and I know how he loves steak. I did some digging and found this gem. I only have one rather large complaint about this place. Why isn’t there one in Pittsburgh PA?
On a real note. I loved the ambiance of this restaurant. It’s classic and sexy with its style. I was half expecting Ol’ Blue eyes and Dean to come waltzing in. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable and personable. Very attentive. (There was an older couple sitting near us who told their waiter that they felt cold. I watched him walk the restaurant and speak with another to find an area that was a bit warmer. I was touched by how he was with them.)
Our waitress, Jessica, she was awesome! I’m not a steak person myself but I did get the Petite filet Mignon. It was like, butter. It melted in my mouth, was amazing! The atmosphere was everything I could hope for! They made our date memorable and very appreciated.
Lovely Akron overnight after Stan Hywet Hall tour. Dined at Fleming’s last night. Our service and food were superb. And to top it off, made new friends. See you soon Akron!
