This place is such a gem! SUCH a gem! It's so quaint, relaxing, genuine, and such a great experience!! The food is yummy, tea is wonderful, and the staff is even better! Everyone here is so welcoming. They picked out tea cups and tea pot especially for us, let us smell different teas to chose the right one for us, and let us wear some adorable tea time hats! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I googled a bakery while i was in alachua . I was craving a muffin and coffee. So this is what popped up first... we walked in to this super quaint little cafe. I kept thinking about alice and wonder land with all the tea cups! Beautiful! A man approached my daughter and i while we stared at the pastries case. He was really nice asking us what looked good and then i realized he was the baker and owner ! Thought they were super sweet, food was great too! They are open Tuesday through Saturday 9-4 i believe great breakfast lunch menu!

I was introduced to this "hidden gem" today by a dear friend. Lewis has transformed this old store into a chic eatery for breakfast, lunch and tea. The fresh sandwiches and bakery items were delicious. If quaint ambience appeals (as it does to me!), Teatime will not disappoint. There are cozy, private nooks to enjoy with friends or relax in solitude.

Mom and I had lunch today at this quaint and cozy little tea room. The sandwiches, quiche, and scones were so good and the tea was delish! I highly recommend the Blood Orange tea. The service was excellent, too! This is a great little addition to Main Street, Alachua.

Such a cute shop. They had very good scones and awesome tea. We hope to come again. These guys were so hospitable and nice. The 61 mile drive was totally worth it!

We enjoyed a pot of the Christmas Chi tea. The tomato basil soup and portobello mushroom quiche were astounding! The cozy atmosphere made us feel like we were on a little vacation. The dessert pastries were lovely and we enjoyed chatting with the owner.

So enjoyed this lunch with my lady motorcycle friends. The food was wonderful, especially the potato leek soup. And it was plentiful. Didn't order dessert but they beckoned. Next time I'll give in and have a beautifully created dessert. Pricing was moderate and certainly well worth the experience. Looking forward to doing it again with a much larger group of lady bikers.

My friend and I shared a lovely lunch and perfect cup of tea here today. The food was delicious, the menu selections exquisite, and the service and atmosphere were flawless. As the name indicates you will find "tranquility" and a gentility here that is hard to find in today's rush, rush world. Can't wait for a return visit! Don't miss this "treasure!"
