While in town visiting my cousins they decided to bring me here for Brunch. It seemed to be a popular stop and the staff was friendly enough. It was a cute little spot and my food was good enough. I had the Monte Cristo. It was a bit too greasy for me. I should have followed my 1st mind and gotten the Jolie Mix with a Pancake. The eggs that my cousin had looked so light and fluffy...
They said the Lattes were great as well.
I will have to try them again and get something different before I completely make up my mind on them...
But, it wasn't a bad visit at all...
Food was great. This place is always busy. I would get coffee while waiting. Today we had to wait for straws, my food, toast, jam for a while. They were too busy that we got forgotten many times. Otherwise the food here is superb!
Food is amazingly flavored, lively atmosphere, French-cafe style ambience, and quick service.
Ordered the cinnamon challah French toast and this is incredible. The first bite of this had a balanced mix of sweet cinnamon, hint of vanilla, and the fluffy French toast. Legitimately perfect.
Second order was Jolie’s Mix which had well seasoned potatoes, fluffy eggs, and 2 French toast slices. Well filling.
Pricing wise, it was more on the pricey side. 2 dishes and 2 drinks for $50.
Went at 12:30 on a Sunday and it was fairly busy, had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, but that’s the busiest time.
Great location. Paid parking only. Get ready to wait in line. Love the Parisienne decor. Lots of choices in the menu. Staff are friendly and attentive to customer needs. My coffee got refilled a few times. Love their crab cakes eggs benedict.
I went to Cafe Jolie for the first time this weekend. It was nice to be able to finally try it. I went there with 2 friends of mine to have brunch. We ordered the Jolie's Favorite, Croque Madame and Crab Cake Benedict. We all enjoyed our food and I look forward to coming back with my family.
Update- I went again with my family for their 10 year anniversary. My kids loved their Beignets and my husband loved his Eggs Benedict. I had the Crab Cake Benedict this time. We look forward to coming back.
It was my first time eating here and my friend and I had a great meal! We got there a little after 11am on a Sunday and only had to wait no more than 10min for a table for 2. We ordered the drip coffee, lavender latte (which was delicious), a peach belini mimosa, a lavender lemonade mimosa, we both got a croque madame and shared a half order of beignets. All were delicious!
The atmosphere was so cute at this little cafe. There was a man playing piano outside where the outdoor seating was which made it feel like a European cafe dining on the street. The lavender latte had a perfect hint of floral flavor and was not too sweet. The lox on baguette was fresh and filling. The country potatoes were a really delicious side. The portion size was perfect for me but might be small if you are really hungry.
I LOVE Cafe Jolie. One of my favorite places to eat on the island. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it
