Our experience at Longhorn Steakhouse in Albany was awesome. Our waitress was ... Omg I just forgot her name, but she is pregnant. She took our orders, was very nice, and never complained. She had a small party that sat behind us that I heard complain about everything. They got on my last nerve, if they got on hers, she NEVER showed it. We had a large party, celebrating the matriarch of the family birthday. Our orders came out hot and the food was delicious. The waitress saw that I gave the matriarch a card for her birthday, and she asked her if she wanted a birthday sundae. She brought it out, we sung happy birthday, and she shared with the greatgrands.
I like the food, drink🍛🍹🍖 and dessert🍧🍨 of this place mmmmm delicious!!!! Definitely I'll be back!! And the service of waiter excellent👍😉 I recommend this place!!
A great spot for dinner and drinks. The food was cooked perfectly and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable.
Food was good although my steak was more well done than medium. Our waitress was exceptional. The wait time on the food once seated was extra long due to big parties that arrived ahead of us backing up the kitchen. Due to having to wait so long and the steak not being quite right I cannot give 5 stars. It was good however. (I am not one to send food back unless it is burned.) They were doing their best with the mass crowd of people who were dining in.
It was a Sunday and very busy but we were seated as soon as a table was available. Was upfront about wait time. Service was very good. Waitress was nice, kept drinks filled, and kept us updated on the status of our order. Food was wonderful. The only place to get a steak just the way you want it.
We enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was great. One of us ordered Steak cooked medium, but it was almost raw in the middle. They took it back a couple of times and then it was over cooked. Our salads were very good as well as everything else.
Told wait time was 30 minutes. Literally got seated in 30 minutes. Drink orders taken promptly. Five steak orders and one chicken tender order - came out at the same time and noone had to send food back.
Unbelievable.....
And the food was hot and absolutely delicious. If you look at my reviews you will see I'm hard on establishments. They earned these 5 stars today.
