This place has great cheeseburgers. The flavor of the patty is unbeatable and the melted cheese is perfect. Their onions always taste fresh too, unlike some places. Definitely worth the money, which is a pretty decent price actually. One of my go to places for a burger in this town.
I like the food there's very few choices on the menu, but that makes it simpler for them to make. The hamburgers are good and filling they don't skimp on anything, the owner is very polite and all the people in the restaurant are very polite if you go in you can sit down and actually eat your meal at a table sometimes I've picked them up at the window but they'll add since they have one drive-up window they all have you park ahead which is no big deal it's not like a McDonald's this is where they actually hand everything's done according to your standards and not full meal deal rush through it and get everything done and out the door as many lanes as you can have and that type of thing it's a very good place to eat.
I am 65 years old and this is the best place for a burger and fries and malt that I have ever visited. I have grown tired of fast food but Fay's Cafe is not in the same category. The meat is quality meat. Te fries are cut from real potatoes. The malts and shakes are made from real ice cream. It is well worth to wait a few more minutes to have a quality meal. I only regret we do not have a Fay's in my area. --MM from Minnesota
Service is excellent, staff has been super helpful and friendly whenever we have stopped! Wait time for food is super fast yet clearly very fresh and made to order! Fried pickles are great! Teriyaki burger is soooo tasty and moist. You can tell by the flavor that the meat is fresh and not just warmed up from being frozen. Highly recommend trying this place !
Burger Queen didn't close down. It added food items and renamed itself. Still has all the burgers (which i had the bayou burger) it has grilled onion, burger patty, and sauteed shrimp, yes shrimp. it was delicious!! Don't be afraid of it at all. It added appetizers and yakisoba noodle dishes.
The burgers here are really good. They are kind of small but they are way better than any fast food chain burgers. The fries are also cut and fried up not frozen. The inside of the restaurant is clean and comfy. Plus the prices are excellent. Probably the best fast food restaurant in Albany.

I'm here again but in 2020. Outstanding double cheese burger lettuce wrap (now I'm keto). Really good grub here. Thank you. Also I tried the fries from my friend and fries good too.
We had a great experience the burger was great and the fries were even better. I am looking forward towards having their bubble tea when they have it available.

The outside of the patties get a bit crispy but the meat is still juicy... Amazing combo.
