Our waiter Benjamin was kind and cheerful. We had been traveling for 4 hours and my son was hangry. Ben never stopped being cheerful and polite . Our food was delivered and he gobbled up his meal. In the end he decided his attitude was poor and gave him extra tip $$ to make up for his poor behavior. Thanks for my first meal. I loved it.
My son & daughter in law and three young grandsons went to Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving 2016. Their Thanksgiving dinner included turkey AND ham, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, country green beans and cranberry sauce. And amazing pumpkin pie for dessert. The entire meal was wonderful! Charly our waitress was very attentive and caring and just a wonderful person to have serving us!! She made sure we always had everything we needed and the grandsons were well taken care of too. We didn't have to wait long at all for our meal.
We've been travelling for the last two weeks all over the Midwest stopping and eating at numerous Cracker Barrel restaurants. (Hubbies favorite and zero in California). This particular store was exceptional. The food was delicious and Allisa was the most attentive server we've ever had. Thank you!

We are traveling from California, stopped at Conway Arkansas Cracker Barrel just getting there at 9:10pm and we were still greeted with a smile and excitement even at almost closing time. Our waitress Hannah was exceptional! She made 4 very tired, weary travelers feel revived with her contagious personality, excellent service and professionalism! So hats 🎩 off to Conway Arkansas Cracker Barrel!!! You could teach great things to Cracker Barrel in Albuquerque, New Mexico where we recieved just the opposite greeting and service from our waitress there.
You restored our faith in Cracker Barrel Conway AR!

My family and I had THE BEST waiter and service of any restaurant in a very long time. Bernie was very attentive, very friendly, funny, and made these weary travelers have a much better rest of the day.
Good food and friendly staff. Good food, they have a slightly complicated "off freeway location" but the parking is friendly. The staff were really positive.
I've visited many Cracker Barrel locations around the country and this one didn't disappoint. I recently dined in at this location for the first time with family. The food was good and the service okay. My main complaint is that they were out of several items on the menu. Otherwise, wasn't a bad experience, I'd go back again in the future. For as busy as it was, the inside was clean.
So very happy my son and I stopped here for breakfast on our road trip. Our waitress, Claudia, was an absolute sweetheart. Checked on us frequently, made sure we had everything, asked about our road trip and told us to be safe. Cracker barrel is my all time favorite restaurant and this visit at this store just made it that much stronger.

We love Cracker Barrel’s we stop in at every one while on vacation. I buy wifey a Jewelry box from every style every year to add to her collection. We love the prices and the food is very good here.
We changed up, Dawn had Dumplings and side of Fried Apples, while I had the Cheesy Bacon Home Style Chicken. The Dumplings came out hot and not soupy, they tasted awesome. My plate The chicken was moist and yet done just right with steam still escaping, the added fried onion crumbs were not just on top but all around the chicken which helped make this the Best Cracker Barrel across the US so far. Last year we spent $2,500 at Cracker Barrels. The new Loaded Steak Fries were great in flavor.
YouTubers #DTNLivingLife was well satisfied with service from Matthew and Cracker Barrels cooks. They should have a day dedicated to the cooks behind the scenes that are 65% the reason people return.
Our server, Shanna, was nothing short of perfect; very attentive, and provided everything we needed. Our dinners consisted of the new cheese chicken and the rainbow trout; both are very delicious - full of flavor, and the chicken and the fish melted in our mouths! Wonderful food for the soul. Great location. Highly recommend.
We had Thanksgiving dinner at CB this year. Even though it was a long wait and they were out of a couple items, the food was absolutely delicious and we would do it again. Even got some festive time in playing checkers against other people waiting.
Stopped by on my cross-country adventure for the night 🌙 in my RV. The food and service were good. They have a security guard along with the gift shop area, almost the size of the sit-down area. No questions asked about staying the night. Local traffic noise and 2 trash pickup nearby by 6am, but not complaining since it was free. People please pick up dog droppings. About 10 RV'S and another 6 or so overnight stays in their cars.
Took my wife to Cracker Barrel to visit with her former student. She had a wonderful time visiting with Karla while I drove around Albuquerque looking at all of the new construction. We lived in Albuquerque for 39 years before returning to Lubbock where we lived while attending and graduating from Texas Tech in 1967 and 1968. LOVE West Texas. God's country.
Great for overnight parking. Stopped here on my say through town and parked my RV over night. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
Did an online order, they got it %100 correct, the food was made within a great time, next part was the freshness and portions. Cost $30 for me and my girlfriend. Can't beat that price. The facility was super clean, staff friendly. And a added bonus they have a little gift shop upon entering which we thought was really cool. Lots of different gifts to choose from. 👍👍
One of my favorite places to visit for good ol fashion food. I went with the Cream cheese stuffed pancakes with eggs and bacon 🥓. Food prepared as ordered. Wife had the Country fried steak and eggs. Server was very attentive and professional. Store was very well stocked and clean.
Had the country fryer pork chops they were great the sauce was my favorite. The Wait staff was way overworked they didn't have enough people to take care of all the tables in a timely manner can't blame the waiter he did his best so cracker barrel just needs to see if they can find more people.

We went there for brunch and got a table right away. I had chicken fried steak and eggs, which was really, really good. I was impressed! Our waiter was really friendly and efficient too!
