Finally made it here and it was great! Authentic New Mexican food, friendly staff and the 50’s vibe. Sat in the booth Bob Odenkirk sat in for Better Call Saul!
The atmosphere feels like you are back in the 50's, which is when this place started! The food was excellent and the second generous. Check out El Camino when you are looking for good home style New Mexican/Mexican food!
Exelente service. We come to visit the "better call Saul" film location. It's nice place to have a good time and food. We were amazed by the big portions of food 😱 the breakfast burrito with carne adovada is huge. Enough for two people. The waitress, he was so helpful when my husband asked about the "better call Saul".
The food, the service and the environment are all great, they are definitely worth checking out.
Amazing food excellent service and they were genuinely nice. My family and I enjoyed everything and I have never had better chicken fried steak or a better chimichanga. Don't sleep on this place

This is the best place in town for a true New Mexico eating experience. The historic building and the amazing staff create a comfortable atmosphere, and the food is always homemade. Try the Lydia's Special for breakfast or chicharrón for lunch!

Been wanting to visit since our move back to NM last year, as well as seeing it on Better Call Saul, finally made it there yesterday for breakfast. Burrito with sausage, Christmas version, looked too big to finish, but I consumed it all without slowing down. Wait staff was prompt and attentive. No disappointments, can highly recommend.
Historic vibe, great food, large portions and attentive service. Yes they get busy but they'll get to you. Chicken fried steak highly recommended.
Just finished lunch, so yummy. Had an old school vibe, huge portions, and great people own this place. Quick on the refills, homemade salsa was refreshing with a kick. Adovada burrito really hit the spot

The El Camino Dining Room offers real home cooked New Mexican food and excellent service. Their Carne Adovada is muy bueno! It's cooked so long it melts in your mouth and we had it on our Native American taco. It was fire! The chicken fried steak and eggs was the best I've ever had and the sopapilla was in the top 3 I've ever had. Five star experience!!
Been coming here since I was little. Great staff always friendly and sweet. Love the food here too. Great place to stop by at get some food and feel welcome. :)
