The food was perfect and our waiter, Sheldon, was the bomb! Thank you!
They are so friendly and efficient at this location. We were promptly greeted and seated immediately. The manager stopped by to greeted us, and our server quickly took our order. The manager was happy to let me use the blooming onion coupon I had towards the new Blooming Shrimp appetizer (which was phenomenal). I had the Alice Springs Chicken and my husband had the new Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccine. We were too full for dessert, but decided to take a Chocolate Chocolate Tower home with us.
Overall, The food and the service were awesome. We will be back soon.
Service is amazing! Omar is very friendly & attentive! They even have 3 different managers coming around to gauge satisfaction. Steak & salmon were cooked perfectly. Coconut shrimp is better than Red Lobster. Broccoli perfectly steamed. The stars for me were the new blood orange Rita & the new Tim Tam sundae. Awesomeness!
The food was fair. The onion soup was a bit to thick to my liking it could’ve been more watery it had almost the consistency of pudding. But my chicken tenders were amazing the fries were crispy and salty. Our waiter Pancho was very great and attentive and had a positive attitude.
Excellent service. We were warmly welcomed in and seated. The manager came by to check on our table. Our waitress was very friendly. Our appetizers came our right away. We didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant is conveniently located off I-25. A go-to stop for great steak and blooming onions.
The steak was perfectly cooked and the wings were also very good! I haven’t been to an Outback in years and my son talked me into it and I was pleasantly surprised! We made it in before the rush and we’re in and out in less than an hour!
When the order comes out right, the food is great! The Good: the food is very flavorful; although its a chain steakhouse, the steaks, shrimp, wings, chili and most everything I've had come out prepared completely different, much more flavorful! The steak always comes out perfectly cooked; the wings aren't your traditional buffalo but a much better style; the bloomin onion is available in boththe full onion or a smaller petals app at half the price; and the Manager is helpful and taking care of correcting issues. The Bad: nothing worth mentioning yet. To the steak snobs out there, please remember this review isn't in comparison to a Prime steakhouse that charges 50+ for a steak, it is in comparison to other chain steakhouses, and this is by far the best of the bunch!
Came here for my birthday and loooved the atmosphere. I came at an hour when it wasn't crowded and the music was at perfect volume. Dim lighting makes it relaxing. My steak was cooked exactly to my liking as well. Thank you so much Bella for making our experience wonderful

The impeccable service is truly a highlight of the experience. The staff, dressed in friendly attire, greets you with genuine smiles, making you feel instantly at home. Alana our waitress went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Eslinda one of the managers also went out of her way to ensure our visit is unforgettable, and even corrected the sound of the music asking if the volume was okay. They both did a great job anticipating our needs without being intrusive.

Great service! The food was good. The service was excellent. We were a little surprised how much the prices went up from our last visit 3 years ago, tho.

I like Outback Steakhouse. The food is usually very good. We have had outstanding service before and it is some place we enjoyed. My family (6 of us) went out to eat there; we were celebrating two birthdays. The restaurant was a light night with a lot of empty tables.
Our server had GREAT difficulty bringing our drinks in a timely manner. Some of us had ordered specialty drinks that, in the past, came with fruit and with sugar rimmed glasses. Not this time, just the drinks and no frills.
We had to flag her down after twenty minutes to take our food order. When the food was delivered, they came out two dishes at a time with a lengthy pause between each delivery. The steaks were way off. I ordered a medium rare steak and received a medium well steak. My husband ordered a medium steak and received a RARE steak, very bloody. This happened with everyone at the table. Our drinks were left empty for long periods until we flagged down the manager. Our server was rude to us on several occasions. We had to request items, such as sugar for the ice tea, multiple times before our server brought them.
As we talked with the manager, this was not a new server; we had no idea why service and food prep were so bad.
The people across from us were having problems as well. They had their dinners returned twice due to errors.
On a positive note, we were seated at a round table so we were able to see and talk to everyone, eventho the music was fairly loud. The restaurant was clean, neat and tidy. The decor was nice.
Normally, we have much better food and service. Who knows, maybe the server was just having a bad night. I will give Outback Steakhouse another try before I put it on the 'Bad' list.
My sides were great, the coconut shrimp were the bomb, but my steak was very tough and chewy, I wanted a 5oz and was served 9 oz. Servers were attentive and worked best of abilities. My puppies will love the left overs.
I was in town for a business trip and a co-worker and myself stopped in for supper. The service was excellent. We ordered a bloomin’ onion for an appetizer and it was late coming out because they had overcooked it and made us another one which they then waived off our ticket because of the delay. We didn’t ask for it, but as an act of good customer service they took care of it. The food was delicious and definitely hit the spot!
Walking in was greeted by host and promptly seated, server Myron was very friendly very attentive. I had the sirloin and baked potatoe and wings for appetizer everythibg was very good and delicious. Clean resteraunt friendly atmosphere. Deffinately will be back.
