My first time to eat at an Einstein Bros. We really enjoyed the food. Employees were all polite and professional. We especially liked the outdoor seating.

The workers a very nice and make you feel very welcome there.
Bacon and cheddar Bagel was good. Vanilla hazelnut coffee was awesome. Felt safe here, we ate outside. Kids had the Caramel Shake and the Strawberry Banana Smootie. 10/10 they said. Clean the bathrooms up a little and you would have been 5 stars.

I've always been a fan of the menu at Einstein Bros Bagels. Their selection is diverse and each item is a testament to their culinary expertise. The bagels, in particular, are a delight - perfectly baked, delicious, and arguably some of the best I've had.
However, my experiences have been marred by a few consistent issues. One of the most noticeable is their opening time. Despite the posted hours, the store often opens late, which can be quite inconvenient for early morning visits.
Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff behind the register often seem unhappy and unenthusiastic, which unfortunately dampens the overall atmosphere of the place. A friendly interaction can go a long way in enhancing the dining experience, and this is an area where improvement is needed.
Lastly, accuracy in order fulfillment has been a recurring problem. On multiple occasions, I've received incorrect orders, which is disappointing and frustrating.
In conclusion, while Einstein Bros Bagels shines in its culinary offerings, there are significant areas of improvement in terms of service and operations. I hope to see positive changes in the future.
The location was very nice, the store was clean, and the service was great. Had my food ready really fast, tried ordering a coffee after I was done and they gave it to me on the house because they only take card and I had cash, so they got a nice tip.
Stopped here for brunch really delicious bagels, plenty of variety, good price, quick and friendly service. I definitely recommend it. (Jalapeno cheddar bagel /farm house). The cost is also not bad at all. I had this and the pizza bagel with a bag of chips less than 13 dollars.

Lauriana and her crew made my day. Today I was randomly in Northwest Albuquerque and had a craving for a Caribou coffee. Drove to the closest Einstein‘s and found these fine folks. Actually made a fresh pot of coffee for me and set me up with a couple of free bagels just as they were getting ready to close. I would’ve been so disappointed to have the bottom of the pot that has been sitting. Lauriana, the manager, asked if I had a free extra minutes and she would make a fresh out!! Outstanding!! Well done y’all!
Except for the rush on the line, I'd say 4.5 stars. It was my first time eating here, and the first guy(somewhat of a slob) pushed us to order and talk to the next person about an order related question. So we did not get the free bagel and paid full... otherwise the bagel and coffee were excellent.
Easy in and out. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and service was good. Everything was fresh.
Normally I have no issue here but today was a slap in the face. I eat meat so I ordered an Bacon, Egg and Cheddar breakfast bagel. I received one with no bacon instead. Easy mistake, so I decided to ask for a remake of my sandwich. When I approached the register to have my order fixed, I got an eye roll about being a meat eater not eating the vegetarian sandwich. They then took my bagel sandwich back and “remade it”. When I got it back I asked if it was a new sandwich and was assured that it was new. I would have assumed this true but upon eating instead it seems the bacon was simply put on and the sandwich and reassembled. Seriously? I likely wouldn’t have known this if I hadn’t found bits of nothing still all over the paper below my bagel. I’m disgusted by the unprofessionalish of this act and won’t be returning to this location again. Luckily this didn’t involve an meat starvation situation or something more serious. Next time just make a NEW sandwich for the customer...
This Einstein always has the bagels I want. The other always seem to rum out early. The staff here are nice and fast
Everything was cooked well and presented nicely, even for something ordered to go. The app was sort of useful in ordering but didn't really provide enough customization to the orders themselves, which was a let down. All the bagels I ordered tasted great and I would recommend just based on taste.
I came here on a Sunday last week and it was pretty busy. I waited in line, ordered some bagels, shmear and coffee to go. When I went to pay I realized that I didn't have my debit card. I told the lady helping me (I'm assuming a manager) that I didn't have payment and asked her to hold my order while I ran home and got my debit card. She told me not to worry about it and that she would take care of it and to enjoy my morning. I was extremely surprised and thanked her! Her offer was completely unexpected, but saved me from having a difficult morning. Great customer service!
