AMAZING staff and WONDERFUL experience EVERY time!! Lorielle, the manager is the absolute best! She knows her stuff and can answer any questions I have and treats everyone with such respect no matter who they are. My whole family and I switched over from Wells Fargo and we are SOOOO happy we did!! Every time I walk in they greet me by name, are attentive to my needs, are always smiling, and do the same for everyone at the branch. Chase is truly the superior bank. This is coming from someone who has been a part of several American banks. They are simply the best.

Thank goodness chase Bank has finally imagined in New Mexico. I opened account in TX back in 2013 and moved to New Mexico 2016 not knowing that there is no branch in NM, that leads me to crape Wells fargo. Am glad to continue with my chase.
I’ve been with chase for many years. I moved back to Albuquerque and have had to do online banking ever since. Imagine my surprise when I drove by a chase bank the other day finally in Albuquerque. I am super stoked!! I have banked with other banks and chase is top notch. Yay!!!!
While I wish there was a closer Chase Bank to me in Los Alamos, their customer service has been above and beyond. Serious shout-out to Lauriel for her help!

Seriously, can't believe we're finally getting Chase in NM. Never though I'd see the day.
Pop'd in the other day and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it's just such a joy to be able to bank in person when needed instead of exclusively online.
Looking forward to visiting the ABQ Uptown branch when it opens next.
I opened a student checking account with Nicole Tucker and she was amazing. She walked me through the whole process and carried enthusiastic casual conversation. In general, very nice and helpful staff!
If you look up the Definition of customer service in the Dictionary all you will see is a group of chase employees standing in front of the chase logo. I am not even an account holder and they went above and beyond to help me. My bank is completely worthless and I cannot wait until I can get an account with chase.
Going to reopen my chase bank account there the best bank used them for yrs and love the service. Form them had a account with Wells Fargo the will f u around and they fine way to take your monkey
I’m really happy Chase is in Albuquerque New Mexico now. I had an account with them many years ago when I live in California, I was sad they didn’t have it here, but now I’m SUPER HAPPY. They are great. 👍👍👍
