The Mangolian grill 😋My friend suggested this place and we visited here for the first time. We get the bowls (there are sizes for the bowl) and we get to choose our meat, sides (including the salt, pepper and the sauces etc. Make sure the salt & spices are correct 😅). After adding everything, you move to the kitchen area where the chefs ask your preferred base (rice/noodles etc) and after our selection, they cook it for us based on the ingredients we give.
It’s a different kind of experience and we liked it. I suggest you go for the regular bowl because the food you get would be sufficient. By looking at the size of the regular bowl for adding the ingredients, we got the large bowl. Later we realised its a big mistake.
Establishment was clean and friendly. Husband and I got 2 regular bowls and we were full. We walked in and the person was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided us through the process. First time here and will definitely be coming back again. So worth a trip and try. You will not be disappointed!
This place is delicious.
But it can be expensive. But, if you go to it when they have the bottomless ball promotions it's definitely worth it.
I love this place! There are kitchen made and self-selection options. If you go for the self-selection, make your own option you are in control of the protein to veg ratio. There's something very satisfying about putting only what you love in the bowl for the magicians tending the grill to turn it all into a culinary delight. It's a photo-worthy bowl that's delivered to your table. (Get the bowl size larger than you can eat so you also have tonight's dinner or tomorrow's lunch.)
Mongolian barbecue is so good. This place was pretty clean. Sometimes these sort of places have food all spread around and the picking bar is gross. This place is clean. The wait staff was nice, not irritatingly attentive but reasonably so. I'd recommend it.
The alcohol selection is sad; that's why I get my food to go. This place used to be packed as it was fun, especially for birthdays as they would light the whole Grill up and hit Congas. Sad, they don't do that anymore! Food is great, just as it's always been, and I'm glad they brought back the plastic takeout containers!
A slight difference from the tried and tested Mongolian grill routine - instead of just unlimited bowls, you also get to choose per-bowl meals.
Bowls were brought to our table for size, and explained well. The bowl is only for the meats and veggies. The sauces go on smaller sauce cups. The base - a choice between rice (white or brown), udon noodles, fried rice, pasta, cabbage, or tortillas - is mentioned at the grill, and added in by the grill cooks.
Covid precautions were plentiful to make patrons feel safe, including gloves at the buffet, masks when not seated, and food brought to the table after the grill instead of having to wait at the grill.
Tasty food, fresh ingredients, prepared with care, delicious sauces - hits the spot!
Loved the portion sizes (medium was more than enough for the adults) and the slanted bowls (made eating way easier!).
