The most AMAZING barkeeps kept us delighted and surprised with every drink tonight! I first said, "Surprise me!" and got a drink called the Boston Marmalade and it blew my socks off! Between the 4 of us, we got 8 new drinks to try and were blown away by EACH one! PLEASE try this place out SOON!! Unique cocktails, fantastic service, blissful ambiance!!

I’ve visited a couple of times with some family that lives in town. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place, dark and relaxing. Bartenders don’t rush when making drinks and because of that they make outstanding drinks ( try an old fashioned or a Manhattan). I did their scotch flight and really thought the price was very reasonable for the kinds of scotch that was on the flight. I’m sure I’ll be back again the next time I’m in town visiting family.

Great ambiance, relaxed atmosphere very conducive to sit and visit with friends or a great place for a first date. Waiter/bartender was very helpful with suggestions for attempting to locate a difficult to find whiskey. I was surprised and pleased to find a place like this in small town rural Iowa.

I think I may have found my new favorite sandwich! I went to lunch with my sister in law and had the Gobbler. It consisted of turkey, bacon, pickled red onions, and chipolte mayo on sourdough. I was a bit leery of the onions, but the sandwich was delish! I loved the sourdough bread! I only ordered a half sandwich, sorry I didn't order a full one! I would actually rate my visit as 4 1/2 stars because of my iced mocha. I would have preferred more of a chocolate taste. I think their drinks are a tad overpriced. However, they do have a great selection of coffees and teas. Something for everyone. The ambience is what you would expect in a nice coffee shop. Comfy chairs, low lighting, very hip. There is a small bar area that sells upscale drinks and tapas. Lots of different, gourmet items that we don't see a lot of in our area. I had a dirty martini there once and it was spot on. If you want something a little more upscale, the Perky Parrot is the place!
