Came here based off recommendation from friend. Fairly busy during dinner time. Recommend making reservations. Got sushi deluxe and some appetizers (chicken tatsutaage & shrinp & vegetable tempura) fish tasted fresh & clean. Definitely would come back.
Best place for sushi in Bergen County! It's no longer on the menu but I highly suggest ordering this Samurai roll. (They can still make it)
My wife and had dinner and it was amazing. Spicy seafood soup to start.it had just the right amount of spice. Clams, shrimp, calamari. Sushi and tempura next. Economic service too.
High quality, fresh sushi. I was impressed by it from start to finish. Because of COVID they have shower curtains up, but when they come down it will be modern feeling again.
I always receive great, high quality sushi when I come to Masa. I haven't yet come here for dinner, but their lunch combos are delicious and an amazing value. The food also always comes out quickly. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
I highly recommend this restaurant. Even though there are many Japanese sushi restaurants in Northern Jersey, it is quite difficult to find a good authentic one. My wife and I had their sushi for two. I was highly impressed. The pieces were quite big and everything tasted very fresh. We also order ankimo for an appetizer. It is very difficult to find ankimo in New Jersey. In the nearly 20 years I've been here, I only had it at a few restaurants. This place's ankimo tasted just like it does in Japan. My kids had the nabeyaki udon. It even came with clams. It was also very delicious.
Amazing sushi and rolls. We ordered the sushi for two platter and a dragon roll; absolutely delicious! The fish is very fresh.
The staff is professional and friendly. We will definitely visit Masa Sushi & Grill again soon.
The omakase is exquisite. It consists of around fifteen amazing Sushi, Sushimi, or both. One of the sushi pieces I had today was the fatty tuna, which easily surpassed all expectations and other restaurants in the area.
