Nice place for a quiet lunch with friends. The four of us had soup and sandwich pick 2 combinations. Total cost including tip and no drinks was about $50.
Met a friend at 10:30 for coffee. Two of the three caffeinated urns were empty. Half and Half was out as well. This is not the first time this was the case. It was not busy, so there should be no reason staff was not attending to this.
The takeout order was ready before the scheduled to pick up time. The staff was very attentive and preparing the food which is always fresh and delicious. On 3/10/2022 I went in during lunch and ordered a soup and side order. It took about 10 minutes and I was given the wrong soup. I feel like this store needs to retrain their staff so customers don't get the wrong food item.
Pick 2 portions keep getting smaller and now "whole" looking more like "half" sizes on drive through while changing their so called deals. Used to be pretty good but can't go there anymore after repeatedly complaining to them but issues continued downhill
The soup was good but not hot. I can’t get a cup of water anymore. I tried 4 different coffees and they were all just warm.
I love Panera so much. Today I've placed an order online to pick it up. I'm going to admit, I came in like two minutes early. My food was ready and they left me a cute adorable note. I think that's a great idea! It lifted my mood up, and I love that they placed a smiley face on it.

Autumn squash soup is my favorite seasonal choice! Frontera chicken is always great. Even as the menu expands, Panera keeps the quality of the food.
