I’ve lived in the area for 20+ years and tried Phil’s numerous times over the years only to be gravely disappointed. Well they have new owners and this is going to be a blessing and a curse. I will actually be eating there now. They have PUPUSAS that are MAGICAL. They have PLANTAIN EMPANADAS that are SPECTACULAR. This is going to be a good thing and a bad thing. For once I cannot wait to go back!!!
Food was great had hot wings and fries with a piece of limoncello cake. The cake was moist and soft icing was delicious will definitely be back.
Have been going here since I was a baby. Every time I come back to NJ to visit I absolutely have to come here. Everything is home made and you will not find anything else like it:
