I have never had a bad meal here and I've been here probably ten times! On my most recent visit we had the fried zucchini appetizer, stuffed pepper soup and the grilled chicken pasta. Everything was delicious and fresh.
The atmosphere is chill and cozy here and the staff are always wonderful.
Ordered the extra large joes special with ground beef added to it. It was Amazing! Done on time! The dough, sauce, cheese, and ground beef were top tear! Truly out of bounds will order again!
It's really hard to give any pizza a perfect 5. But this place is a solid 4. I believe it to be the best pizza in the rt8 corridor. The dough and cheese are very good. It's also cooked perfectly. I usually do take out here, but I would eat in if given a chance. I highly recommend this establishment.
We love this Monte cellos. But today was exceptional! Our waitress was phenomenal- she went above and beyond to help our family enjoy our meal as seamlessly as possible. With a newborn and a 4 year old and a 6 year old, meals can be super chaotic. Having our waitress recognize that and accommodate us was such a blessing. We were very thankful for the wonderful experience
I like a lot of pizza places in this area, but my absolute favorite pizza can be found at Monte Cellos.
It's their Chicago Deep Dish with some modifications. Their deep dish doesn't come with sauce unless you ask. Ask for normal sauce, but keep the tomatoes on top. Best of both worlds.
For toppings, I always get spinach and double ham. It's such a great combination with the chunks of tomatoes and cheesy goodness.
While this is hands down my favorite pizza, if you really want an authentic Chicago Deep Dish, this isn't it. This is really just a glorified pan pizza. A real deep dish pizza would take an hour to bake, this takes 20 minutes. To me, though, it is the perfect pan pizza.

Have come here several times. Take out and dine in. Recently here with my parents, wife and kids. We all had delicious pasta dishes. Kids always eat well. Service was great. 😋👍
Usually they serve excellent food. On this day, it was still o.k.; just used to having much better!!
We love everything but our favorite is the Sicilian pizza!! Service is great and takeout is always quick and easy. 10/10 everytime!
Pizza was bomb and the waitress was cool as hell.
I broke my leg and can't drive so I ordered Door dash. I got the steak wrap. I love those and had it elsewhere, well now I'm spoiled! The Montecellos steak wrap had real steak ! AND it was tender, cooked perfectly! Delicious 😋 I also got a tossed salad. The ingredients were so fresh! It was way above my expectation. And my first door dash experience was awesome. My food was still hot! It also came quicker than they said it would. Yay all the way!
All was good. The only complaint is a Calzone should come with sauce. . It always has in the past. Really. What does a couple of ounces of sauce cost. Inflation is not that bad.
Great food, reasonable prices, and kind staff. Breaded mushrooms and grilled chicken salad were delicious.

Not happy that the server didn't pre-bus the table. Nobody wants to look at their dirty dishes, but whatever. Maybe she was new. She was very nice and everything else was perfect.
If you're not dining at this restaurant you are missing out on some of the best food ever. No, it's not just a pizza place. The menu varies from char grilled burgers to fish sandwiches to Italian dishes (ask for the shrimp diablo) to just great pizza.
The staff know their products and the owners are the best. Whaddayawaitinfor??? GO!
