Shortys is always good. I think they'd be better if they'd put and actually have beef on the menu.
All of the food I tried here was amazing and I bought a whole butt and highly recommend it
Good BBQ and generous sides. Sauce is tomato based, but I prefer vinegar based so the reason for 4 stars.
Great food! Dining area is small but food is excellent and prices are on target. I highly recommend the fully loaded fries.
Im from south florida and just recently moved to Alma, and this place is top notch, the building is a little rustic type place, pretty small inside, with a smoking porch and a front door, you go inside and order and you can sit in a table, surrounded by georgia bulldog pictures, or you can get take out. I fully recommend eating inside, though, as there are not many people and you can get as many free refills and extra sauces as you want. Better for the price. The price is great, the fried pickles and fried okra are amazing, and so is the pulled pork sandwich, the burger, and probably the most popular order that I've seen, the chicken platter. You can also get 2 sides of fries as your 2 sides if you only want fries, I wholy recommend this place. Very good food, great atmosphere, very clean, and you feel right at home in a small town. 5 stars.
