We came here to get a bite to eat after traveling to Alpharetta from Tennessee & having not ate in 12 hours! We weren't greeted at all, & when we were finally noticed & acknowledged, we were met with such rudeness & sheer hostility! (The place was very crowded!). We were approached by a server & told in such a hateful manner by her that they were closed!!! She went on to say that they would reopen in 30 minutes. We should try back then. I replied back Ok, thank you. After being told about being closed, my daughter was searching on her phone for another location to go to & we were still standing inside & this same server lady motioned to me, raised her voice to me & yelled at me... you heard what I said! I replied; Yes ma'am, thank you & we left! This awful treatment was so uncalled for, downright rude, & was unnecessary!!! We'll never be back there!!! I will be notifying Waffle House headquarters. I strongly suggest to everyone to go elsewhere!!! Don't waste your time here!!! It was an absolutely, horrible experience!!!

I know it's tough finding good help these days so I'm not giving them a 3, but this was a tough night. 2 people working and neither of them wanted to be there. Heck, I didn't want to be there, but not much open at 1 a.m. Only counter seating, and half the place was shut down so very few spots to sit. The counter was FILTHYY and she didn't even attempt to wipe it off! Previous patron's dirty plate stayed on the counter for at least 20 minutes after we sat down. I won't get the sausage again. I thought I'd chip a tooth on the bones I kept biting into. Terrible experience and I won't go to another any time soon! YUCK!
