Cute modern Indian restaurant located in Downtown Alpharetta. It’s pretty small from the inside but it has tons of patio seating. Walk in and be reminded of India with their sign and their Indian decor. I was taken back to my childhood with the tiffins and containers on the windows, the parle g biscuits and the Lays. I got the tamarind cola and the paneer wrap. The paneer wrap was so flavorful and it came with yogurt dressing. The tamarind cola was delicious. I wanted to try the SPDP and the masala potatoes but a person can only eat so much. It is a bit pricey but it’s something I’d expect for the concept and location. I also love how they use paper straws! Fast service and order at the counter. Parking is tough but there’s a deck. Turn onto Haynes Bridge road and it’ll be to the left.
Great new addition to downtown Alpharetta. Lots of interesting and unique dishes, foods and drinks. Very clean fun atmosphere. Prices are fair and the service was friendly. The food came out very quickly. This is a great place for a date or a family lunch. Free WiFi.
I went to this place on a Saturday. It’s next to a park and right in Alpharetta downtown so it gets packed. We ordered a tandoori chicken wrap, paneer wrap, wings, masala potatoes, and their tea package for two.
The highlight of the food was their masala potatoes. Highly recommend those! The wings were a bit messier with the curry sauce on the top. The wraps and tea was also delicious. Will definitely go back!
Located right in the middle of alpharetta downtown. Take a paneer tikka roll if you are vegetarian or choose from many non veg rolls if you are a non vegetarian. If you are not much hungry try spdp or get tea for 2 for 7 bucks and enjoy the tea sitting outside looking at the kids playing in the park and the water fountain located next to botiwalla. Tea for 2 has enough tea for 3,4 people. If you want to try pani puri, they have a stall on Saturday's. Call before you go there for pani puri. Lastly try their pan flavored ice cream.
Absolutely loved the Bombay irani ambiance could absolutely relate, fun decor. Loved all the open windows at this particular location. This place also has a good sense of humor, courteous, and friendly staff. Food was delicious, exceptional aromas and flavors all around, lamb burgers were so good I ordered them twice, interesting array of drink choices. The whole menu choices were so intriguing and fun it will keep you coming back for more.
Mango Lassi was the best, so thick and the pinch of elaichi made the drink even better. Had the lamb burger, would rather call it lamb pav.. nice variation..the lamb patties was so nicely cooked and tasted great, chikka tikka roll was delicious too and had good generous chicken chunks filled within. Friend tried some potato apetizer, was average.. do i say they do meat variations better? May be..
My wife and I just shared a meal of the Malai Chicken, Fish Tikka roll, naan and a mango lassi... oh man it was good! I am sitting here in the restaurant already hoping I can order another Malai Chicken but I am completely stuffed.
The chicken was lean, well cooked and quite flavorful.
The fish tikka roll was also a nice cut of fish that, along with the other flavors in the roll, made for a great entree.
We were both hoping to try the Badam Milk for dessert (almonds, saffron, cream and cardamom) but too full... will have to save some room next visit.
Prices were fair for the quality of food but could get expensive for a larger family.
Note: For anyone with onion sensitivity that still likes Indian street food, my wife and I both ordered our entrees without onions.
I would certainly recommend to family and friends.
Limited to Indian snack menu but great taste and ambiance. Folks are amazing and very fast service. We all ordered pretty much all vegetarian options from the menu and were amazed. The one thing we didn’t really were too fascinated about is the nimbu pani. The chai was also great.
