Today (Friday) visited to Amma kitchen with my wife for lunch. Noticed few things. 1) location is very clean and cleaner is cleaning quite often. 2) very good price when compared to other restaurants. Almost 40% down. 3) quality and taste is too good. Most importantly its family business and you treated as a family.

The best place to get Indian vegetarian food at a fraction of the cost. And even though the cost is significantly lower than other Indian restaurants the quality is pretty good. The quantity too is quite generous. There is a Hindu Temple nearby which makes it ideal for stopping by after prayers. Well maintained small restaurant.

Amma Kitchen is a small casual vegetarian eatery serving south indian food. It’s value prop is reasonably priced traditional south indian food such as dosa, vada, idili, utthapam etc. They also serve veg thali which seems quite popular here. The place is usually very fast but it does get crowded during lunch. It is right next to Hanuman Mandir so very convenient for devotees to grab a quick bite after darshan.

Food is Good, home made, simple, tasty and Fresh. Family Owned restaurant and uncle aunty serve food with love. Pani poori used to awesome earlier when aunty used to serve. but Vada paav has improved and Paav bhaji was yummy too. Will try Thali soon

Typical neighborhood Indian restaurant. Prices were fairly reasonable especially for the portion sizes and the food was alright. The place itself could use some renovation; it was nothing special. If you need to wash your hands, you have to use the single room bathrooms, which can be a inconvenience if it is occupied. Service was not too bad.
