UPDATE: The general manager reached me the day after my original post. He apologized, stated the changes they were making to address the problem and offered me a complimentary meal. I took him up on the offer and had a perfect experience this time.
ORIGINAL POST (1 STAR): It was 6:50 p.m. on a Sunday. The sign read "open Sun 9 a.m. to 9 p.m." But when I went in, the lady told me they were closed. She said "no, we close at 8:00 on Sundays." Who knows when they're actually open. To think I went out of my way to make this stop. Too many other choices to bother with this Subway.
I work near so i always come here for lunch, but I've seen a big change in the last 3 months, they have a new management now and a whole new crew. excellent customer service and a very clean store, and i also saw the health department score which was 100. This is the first store with a score of 100 I've seen in a long time. Excellent job for turning this place around. i will always come her for lunch.
Very bad experience with an extremely rude clerk. He ruined my good day. He was working on February 18, 2015 around 6:15 pm. He gave me a wrong phone number for the manager, so he most likely gave me his wrong name too.
Update:
The manager Jay called me on February 19, 2015 at 1:46 pm and apologized and offered me a free meal. He assured me he will address my complaint with the employee, Darin. I am pleased with the follow-up from the manager.
