Food: Their brunch menu has 4 salad/soup, 2 cold tapas, 6 hot tapas, 6 sweet tapas. Everything taste very good and honestly brunch price comes included with complimentary red/white regular/sparkling sangria or mimosa. The prime rib was very well cooked. The peel & eat shrimp has a nice seasoning. Toffee cake and buttermilk pie are my favorite from the sweet tapas.
Service: Everyone has the best attitude. I used to be a server and I would not be as pleasant or calm as they are during super busy brunch hour, kudos to them!
Value: $47.95 for all you can eat brunch if including bottomless sangria or mimosa. If you can eat a lot, this place is totally worth it. But if you don't normally consume a lot of food or drinks then perhaps you may not find it reasonably priced as us.
Ambience: The place is well decorated, with eccentric decors. It has a very welcoming vibe and like I said before, the servers are very friendly and patient.
Crowd: It was pretty busy when we arrived around 11am. We thought we have a reservation but accidentally made it at the wrong location, no matter because they still were able to seat us right away. There are plenty of people at brunch already but that didn't delay the food or service in any way.
Parking: Parking wasn't an issue. Tbh the parking lot isn't that large but if you can walk a bit then there's no issue with parking as the plaza has a big enough parking lot.
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Santiago's, a tapas restaurant that never fails to impress and consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience. The food was fantastic, and every dish we tried was a delight to our taste buds. The atmosphere was captivating, creating a truly enjoyable ambiance, and the service was delightful, adding to the overall experience. This hidden gem is tucked away in a charming location, offering a good amount of outdoor seating as well as a vibrant interior with stylish decor. Personally, I prefer the spaciousness of this location over the one in the Mills district.

Pretty good food, tiny portions, expensive price. Have only been for dinner but will be back to try out the brunch!
Update:
Brunch is definitely worth it! All you can eat and portions felt bigger than dinner. Mimosas included in the brunch price.
The best place in town for tasty small plates. The beer selection is top-notch. The happy hour is excellent value — fine dining at the price of Chick-fil-A! And if you miss happy hour, look for the specials which are usually magnificent. Highly recommended
I’ve been dining here for years and it’s so consistent. Their Sunday brunch is one of the best, or the best, in the city. Tonight, we had the beef tenderloin, shrimp and chorizo (with the bread service so you can sop up the sauce, dates, patatas bravas, sparkling sangria and croissant donuts for dessert. It was as delectable as always. We were so engaged in enjoying the meal that I only took a photo of dessert. This place will always be one of my gold standard spots to dine.
Edit: Added more photos from a recent dinner!
This was my first time having to experience Tapas. I love the whole setting and the ambiance! Food and service is great! My favorite was the pear margarita, short rib and brussels sprouts, the meatballs were too dry and salty. Overall was a nice experience, I recommend anyone having a nice romantic date. I would come back again!
Food was excellent!! Presentation was amazing. Service was slow but we enjoyed the experience. Prices were high for the amount of food received but it still was a special dining experience.
I really liked everything about the foods were prepared excellent 👌. I didn't like the salad dressing at all 👎. But the Avocado Pear salad itself was prepared excellent. I look forward to going again. I highly recommend this place to go. 5☆
Had lunch here recently, and it was excellent. The mini beef tenderloins and margaritas really hit the spot. Loves the top shelf service and attention to detail in how the food is prepared and served! Quality options and a ton of variety here, and service was excellent. Top marks for Santiago's Bodega!!
Great place. The meatballs and quesadillas were great and the wine was delicious. The bartenders (Bret and Tyler) are friendly and attentive. Best service I've had in a while. Definitely recommend.
Very high quality food and good drinks. Food is a decent size given that it’s tapas. Very delicious and creative dishes, especially the specials. The Saganaki is definitely worth getting and they light it on fire at the table. Makes a great show. Good variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, including mocktails.
(Last visited 1/23/2022.) It's our day to fly home, but before we hop on a plane we must enjoy one more Orlando brunch because they seem to know how to do it down here! So as a part of our Yelp due-diligence we created this list of bottomless brunch places and this was one of them! Now I'll tell you why this place tops the list!
Atmosphere/Appearance: Set right in the corner of a lil' shopping mall-like plaza is this gem. Those unique cylindrical shingles will let you know you're in the right place. There is a private parking lot so there's plenty of space to leave your fly ride while you brunch. It's Florida so of course there is plenty of outdoor seating, but the inside is beautiful. Like, everything is beautiful. The wooden floors are multi-colored. There are bamboo walls that create area separators and the restaurant is one big circle. It's designed so well. It wasn't very loud in here, but you could certainly feel the energy. We sat at a high-top in the bar area to be as close to the bottomless mimosas as possible!
Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but he was so smooth, so chill and I loved his energy. I feel like his name started with a "C", Carlos maybe, but he was awesome. He definitely added to the amazing experience we had here.
Food: So like my last review, this place also offer bottomless mimosas WITH bottomless tapas?! HOW CAN YOU FREAKING GO WRONG?! So the mimosas were SUPER strong and served in wine glasses. There were numerous flavors that you can try that differ far away from the traditional mimosa. For food I started with the Sweet Broccolini & Baby Kale which consists of red onions, dried cranberries, sliced almonds and citrus poppyseed dressing. It was clean, crisp, flavorful and a great healthy way to start off the brunch. Next up was the Tomato Soup which is made with San Marzano tomatoes, onion and cream. It was a simple dish full of rich, creamy and hearty complex flavors. Next up were the Peel 'N' Eat Shrimp. These were so good. They were seasoned with a dry rub and it was SO FLAVORFUL. For those of you that don't know, you're supposed to suck the flavoring off of the shells, peel the shrimp then eat it! So that's how you keep the flavor that's on the outside of the shell involved after you peel it all away. I actually had 2 orders of these. Now when I saw Prime Rib on the menu I got so excited and for good reason! It was cooked to an excellent medium-rare temperature, topped with a warm, salty gravy and was just a great way to absorb the mimosas that kept coming non-stop. Lol. But, by far, my favorite tapa of the afternoon was the Croissant French Toast which is served with an apricot pecan cream cheese. This was AMAZING. It took me back to the days when my dad would take me to the fairs and amusement parks then we'd get some fried dough. The croissant tasted EXACTLY like that. It hit the nostalgia button for me and was just incredible. You need to try this if you're here for brunch.
Value: For unlimited alcoholic beverages and unlimited food it'll cost you $47.95. That is amazing. I'd pay more! Lol. Don't tell the restaurant that though! It's absolutely worth it.
In conclusion, I loved this place. I love Orlando and yeah. That's it. Lol. I look forward to revisiting this place in the future and redoing this experience all over again!
If you made it this far in the review, I appreciate you reading. Please do me a favor and head on over to "The Hungry Road" on YouTube and subscribe! My channel features a lot of food, car and exclusive shoe related content! Help me grow! Thank you so much!
We loved the decor (stunning wood floors, woodworking, paintings of a theme) and especially the food. Since these menu items are created to be shared, one can order two or three menu items without feeling stuffed (or guilty). The food is fabulous and presented artistically. If one didn't know better, one could believe s/he was in a tropical Bodega. Wait... You are!
My husband and I have been to happy hour many times to enjoy their frequently updated HH food menu. We tried late night HH once in addition to the usual 4 to 6 p.m. HH. We've also had brunch here a couple of times. We've celebrated several big occasions here because it is consistently enjoyable. This is easily our favorite restaurant in the area. Great food, cool atmosphere, nice drink selection, and responsive service.
Great addition to the area! Very interesting dishes; not traditional. Ask about how the item is served for clarification. For example, the Ceviche has very thick cuttings of fish and is served alone. The Spinach Salad (not pictured) was huge! Completely worth the price. I enjoyed all my food items. The servers were very friendly, and I'll be back to try more dishes :)
This restaurant was interstellar! It's all you can eat and drink! The only bad thing about the service is that they gave us too much food! The good was not a long wait, it came very fast. Our waiter was Chris he was very nice and interactive. We got everything on the menu, my favorites were the Toffee cake, ice cream, prime rib, and the fried French toast (with powdered sugar). We couldn't get takeout, but what you should do is take a takeout box to take what you can't eat.
