I know, pretty late - I am sorry for that. I just wanted Boston Market to know that they have a great team here. I made a mistake online ordering thanksgiving day food and the date kept switching to the day after. While I was checking out online I forgot to double check the date and when I went to pick up my food on thanksgiving day, they said I had ordered the wrong day. I was so embarrassed. But they told me to wait and they would see what they could do. I waited maybe 15 min. And then they came out and explained that they had to cancel the other order and brought me out EXACTLY what I ordered. They charged me there and saved my dinner. I was so humbled and grateful for their understanding and generosity and kindness, ESPECIALLY in such a busy and tough day. They should be commended for their service. This was for Thanksgiving 2021. If I order from here again I will be sure to get the date right.

Staff were pretty nice and friendly, food was plentiful and marked if it wasn't available.
Restaurant was tidy, clean, and looked pretty nice.
Customers were loud jerks talk-yelling at each other between tables.
Would be happy to eat here again when I'm in the area.
Every restaurant in the world should come to this specific Boston Market and watch how absolutely Pleasant, happy, team work ethic related all those employees in their were. Even through the rush they were still very nice and smiled and greeted everyone. If any restaurant ones to learn what customer service is and how to treat a customer, then they should take lessons from all the employees that work here. Great job guys
