Always passed by the place but finally went in tonight thanks to a Yelp! review. It was "spot on" because the place was great. I had a inside scoop to go in on a Tuesday a few minutes before 7pm (that's when happy hour ends) and order a 1/2 priced fries. Then at 7pm they have their Burger and a beer special for $5. So, I got two beers, a burger and platter of fries for $10!!! And everything tasted great. Billy - my bartender - was a class act, and the people sitting next to me were great conversation. Two Thumbs up, WAY up!!! So glad I finally stopped in. :-)
I used to go to a bar down the road, it recently closed. I found Kiwi’s and have since made fast friends. The staff here was very welcoming and I have now made this my home. Mona is great at giving us things to make it fun to come here. Ligia is very attentive, and so is Adam. They are all great! Come in and see for yourself!
Had a great trivia night and a lot of fun with some close friends good food and good drinks. Then top of all that kicked some serious rear end. Two first places in a second out of three rounds not bad!
Great Atmosphere!! Watched soccer at Kiwi‘s and had some beer and wings! Highly recommend!!!

This is our go to place! Options in Apopka are limited and when we came here we were hooked! Good food, drinks and good service!
Fun place fun people. Clean! Smoke free. We had a great time. Try it with friends. Wednesday night / Trivia night is awesome.

Had a great time at the bar for the super bowl. All of the waitresses were amazing Kelsey and Shannon to call out a couple of them. Food was great definitely would recommend trying the wings on krak!!! Will definitely be back and hope you do as well

Billy was by far the best! He was attentive, he was very conversational and genuinely CARED! our glasses and pitchers were never empty and he was always making sure we didn’t need anything. He truly made our experience there, and we will be back because of him! Also, you have amberbock of draft, as well as Michelob Light in bottles!!!
Watching the games and enjoying the friendly atmosphere…TVs everywhere! Service is prompt. My friends are raving about their wings and chicken sandwich and my vegetarian nachos are the bomb. Will be back even if my team loses

Has to be my favorite bar experience in Seminole County. They have pool tables. They have darts. They have a great Guinness pour. They have genuine, kind, intelligent staff.
But the food... For a BAR? It's a damned treat! We go for lunch (free pool on weekdays!), and so far I have ordered the mac and cheese, the chicken wings (some great flavors choices, like Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper Butter), potato skins, spinach artichoke dip, Guinness Chili, Beef Taco Salad, Tater Tots, New Zealand Meat Pies, New Zealand Burger, and the Philly. Not ONE dish has been a bust, yet.|
Today we tried the Roast Beef Reza, which in addition to a solid chunk of layered slice roast beefs had spinach on it, and crispy/chewy bacon... TONS of taste in this sandwich! Served on a soft hoagie roll, we opted for a side of sauteed spinach, you can see how good that was.
Fish & Chips. The fish was piping hot and flaky-thick, the fries were acceptable and really just a way to deliver tartar sauce to my face, and the tots, perfectly fried and more delicate than school lunch fare has any business being, served with a side of blue cheese, were utterly snarfed.
It's more bar-bar after 9pm, but kids are welcome until then. The bathrooms were cleaner than a hospital, the music was great, everyone was accommodating and checked in on us often without being pushy, and the whole vibe here is just relaxed, cool, competent, clean oasis amidst the white hot blast of noise and traffic of Altamonte outside.
I never heard of this place til my friend bragged about the wings & took me. I ordered the nachos, while he got the wings & potato skins. The waitress was sweet. The atmosphere was cool & they had good music. However the service was bad. We waited about an hour for our food. Our waitress didn’t even come by to check to see if we got our food or not. We had to go look for a waiter to ask. When we finally got the food, my nachos were cold, but my friend food was hot. Even though the nachos were cold, they were still good. They did accommodate the mishap by taking the nachos off the bill.
I grew up in New Zealand and notify and fish and chips was everyday food for us. I have been homesick for over 15 years. This was truly taste of my childhood. Perfect authentic food. Crispy scrumptious fish. The most tasteful meat pie. The burger was out of this world perfect medium as we requested. Thank you reza and chef. There was a young lady also helping us that was super friendly . I'm definitely becoming a regular so proud to rate this place exceptional food & service.

My husband and I went to Kiwi's for the first time a week ago to play trivia and eat some potato skins while we were in the Altamonte Springs area. We made the fatal error of assuming the food would be typical bar food quality and went to eat beforehand somewhere else, leaving just enough room for an order of skins.
As it turns out, the potato skins were made fresh in-house – LARGE hand-hulled baked potatoes, not frozen halves delivered by an 18-wheeler. They were filled with the perfect amount of cheese and topped generously with crumbled bacon – a true potato skin unicorn these days lol. Our waiter, Joe, shared that their mac and cheese is made to order, their wings are award-winning, their hamburgers have a reputation all their own, and we need to try their Brussels sprouts somewhere along the way.
The food wasn’t the only star at Kiwi's. The gracious hospitality of the employees was equally striking. We interacted the most with Joe and the bartender, Billy, who repeatedly called us by name as if extending a verbal hug. Joe’s pride in Kiwi's menu was refreshing and persuasive. Both gentlemen are long-time employees, and it is obvious – they CARE – a quality that is harder and harder to find in the hospitality industry these days. The vibe was welcoming and safe and the “regulars” quickly brought us into the fold.
Living 40 minutes away is not ideal but it is well worth the drive for a place as special as Kiwi's Pub. That being said, we’ll be back!
The service was very friendly which is always a huge plus The fish and chips was yummy! It was well seasoned and a great portion. I got it to go so the chips were soggy sadly but the fish was nice and crisp. It was just very greasy so that’s why I didn’t rate it a 5 and it was a higher price.
This is definitely a hidden gem to go to during the week, good vibes, low maintenance and great food and great drinks.
Gracie was Amazing!! She helped to celebrate a friend's birthday by recommending good shots. She was so sweet and attentive!
Great bar/ restaurant. The chicken wings were literally amazing. Cheap prices too. Very relaxed bar atmosphere. Would definitely go back!
