I had a double-burger from the Altamonte Springs location and per the usual it was the best. BYB has the best burgers, the fries are the best and I've not had a shake at BYB that wasn't the best. Overall, the best. �
Great burger and the onion rings were amazing! A little more expensive than your normal drive thru burger place, but worth the quality of food you get.
This is best burger place there is! I wish they had more locations as it is kinda far away from my home but I always go there whenever I can.

Great place for quick burgers. Picnic tables outside to eat or take to go. Can order with person in drive through or by a touch screen same with window service at walk-up window. Garlic parmesean fries were good and the burgers were juicy.
Ok, I have to say... the simple $6.00 burger was delicious and cooked AMAZINGLY! It had a great grill flavor! That being said the location left a lot to be desired. I went to the drive-thru and not only could I not speak to anyone and asking questions I also had to try to order and do all of that by myself with a touch screen. With being in a high Jeep I wasn't able to get a good angle on the screen so I had to pull in and go to the front. Once I got to the front there was also an "oder at the kiosk" station, however this is where the night turned around and the staff was amazing! They were so kind, as a new patron they answered all my questions, and were able to get my burger! While the experience was challenging, the staff and amazing food will probably have me come back again... as long as I can order from a person! :)
First time visiting and we were pleased. Food was cooked well and taste good. Prices were reasonable, customer service was great, answered any questions and were friendly. Definitely a great place to stop for a nice juicy burger and fries. Will definitely visit again!

Hands down, the absolute best burger spot in the Orlando area, if not the state!! Probably good that I live 20 minutes away, as, while it’s definitely worth the drive, if I lived more in the vicinity, and could smell that flame broiling deliciousness, that’d be downright dangerous! Especially since their shakes very closely rival their burgers! Oh, and their seasoned fries.. that makes this spot quite the triple threat!
First time eating from here and I was blown away. Came during lunch rush at 12:30 pm and the line moved steady, barely had to wait. 🍴
Food came out piping hot, absolutely steaming. I got the Black Jack which is a blackened beef patty with pepper jack cheese. Everything was well seasoned, juicy, and flavorful. 🍔

The burgers and the chicken sandwich here are to die! The ordering process can be a little strange so I order on line. And the food is completed quickly. Oh waffle, season fry, or onion rings! So that's fun.

Hands down...their burgers are THE BEST I have ever had! They are consistently juicy and the toppings are always fresh. The taste always leaves my taste buds happy. I have to practice self control to not stop by several times a week, especially when you see the smoke rising from the back when you are driving by. This place is definitely a gem in Altamonte. If you have been here, you already know what I am talking about, if you have not been here, don't hesitate to stop by. (March 2021)

I always love eating at Back Yard Burgers. Much better burgers than you can find at other fast food restaurants. And the fries are nicely seasoned and compare to Rally fries easily. The strawberry lemonade is mostly pretty balanced. There was one time it was rather sweet but it doesn't detract from the fact that this is a go-to place to eat for a relatively quick meal.
My first time here and I got the Impossible Burger, very delicious. I was met with one of the nicest employees I've ever seen in customer service (think she said her name is tiana?) and she was very thorough with explaining the prices differences on the receipt. Drive thru moved very fast despite it being a Saturday, overall 10/10 experience!
The people are usually very nice, and the burgers are great. You have to try the parmesan waffle fries too. They are primarily drive through but also have some picnic tables and some huge fans, but I still prefer to go later in the evening when it's cooler, or go through drive through and take it home.
1st time eating here. The drive-thru has a self serve menu board you can order from that is touch-screen. The options blew me away, being able to choose if you want it as a meal, how much toppings you want, if you want ice or how much. It even let's you pay all in one spot. There's is one window to pull up to for your order. It is made to order but the wait is average. The staff is super friendly, and seem to enjoy their work environment. Which leads to satisfactory food. I chose the Black Jack and added Pineapple with a side of onion rings. The side wasn't too oily, came with a tangy dipping sauce that had a little kick at the end. That burger was well seasoned, tastes of a good char and had fresh toppings. All for about $10, and I will definitely be a regular here. Well, Maxy and I.

This place is my new obsession. 🤤😍 Within the past week & a half, I've stopped by at least 4 times and on some occasions I bought 2 burgers for myself to have later. Their burgers are beautifully created and not messy. I really appreciate how the patty isnt greasy and it doesn't leave you with a heavy gross feeling like most burgers do. Simple and delicious!
Only con is the line/wait it takes to get the food. But even though it takes forever, the staff is kind and friendly which is rare to find at a fast food burger joint!
Highly recommend overall! ...also try the parm fries 👌

In all the years this location has been here, the smell of the burgers cooking draws you in. This location always serves up fresh, hot and juicy burgers. Their shakes are amazing and remind me of old fashioned ice cream shakes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even at peek lunchtime, they keep the line moving. Even the turkey burger is tasty and moist. I’d rather get a BYB than any other burger from a fast food restaurant. Who doesn’t love waffle fries with Parmesan cheese and garlic! Keep up the great work guys and gals.
