Ordered a pan pizza on the app and it went seamless.
As soon as I walked in the guy was friendly and attentive.

3 times in a week they got my pizza wrong. More specifically Michele screwed our order up. Her attitude was horrible, extremely rude, very nasty tone and a negative attitude. When I politely asked for extra sauce because the pizza I watched her make didn’t have the extra sauce I ordered. she tried charging me for it. That was one time. The other 2 times was when it was supposed to be thin crust veggie pizza. Well it wasn’t thin crust. Worst customer service possible Michele. The way she was bossing her co worker around you would think she could do her extremely simple job. Extremely well but she couldn’t this week. She should be a McDonald’s employee. Do not order pizza from this pizza hut!

Just as ordered, on time and didn't have to get out of my vehicle. Excellent service. Update, second visit got out of vehicle this time, place looked pretty clean outside and inside. Pick up was fast even though there were a few clients inside before me. The young lady at the cashier desk asked for my name and got my order right away. Excellent, got in and out even before the people waiting there already. Only one that got out before me was the guy at the register when I came in, although the people waiting there already got out right after me. Highly recommend for a quick pick up online or phone call order and if you don't mind a 12 to 15 minutes wait, great for a walk in.
I live down the street from this location. Staff is always friendly & welcoming. Rare to find nowadays at most fast food places but, this location gets it right. Pizza here is really good!!! What I like about them is they get custom orders right almost every time. If there ever was an issue it was fixed with no problem! Management here is extremely efficient and it shows. Seems like a pretty young staff but they are definitely on point!!! This lil location pumps out some of the best Pizza Hut pizzas on this side of town!!!
My delivery driver was so kind as always, I've had the same delivery driver bring me food twice now, he's awesome! (Didn't catch a name) but he's an older gentleman.
My pizza was hot, wings were cold but it's cool, got a air fryer for a reason!
