After years of patronizing Taco Bells across the country, this is our first review. We're senior citizens and this was such a pleasant dining experience on Oct 20, 2023 due to the way TB staff treated us. Ms. Jean, the manager, kindly and without hesitation satisfied a request from my wife. Adrian was very solicitous about our food and asked several times with a big smile if there was anything else that he could do. We walked away feeling like respected customer with a big smile, too.
Came here around 12:30 from school it was slam packed! When I walked in there were 2 upset and nasty customers to the staff one was upset over the wait, which don’t come during the busiest hour and expect extremely fast service. Then the other one was upset over a human mistake of mixing her food up through drive through but acted crazy. The staff kept their composure and made sure to do the best they could with them being understaffed. KUDOS TO them, I wish I got their names because this staff has a smile even with the most chaotic and draining time of the day!
Might sound stranger, but every time I order anything for my mom, the order always comes back completely wrong... sometimes as if they are giving us the wrong bag. But when we don't get her anything, everything is perfect, like literally never have problems getting things here other than when I get my mom anything.
Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Nate deserves a raise. Thank you for your patience and making this quick trip to Taco Bell a pleasant one for me and my family.
Not a fan of this Taco Bell. I've been multiple times (only because it's close to home). Getting our food inside, took 15 minutes. The amount of meat and vegetables is less than par.
