Clam Bar is so busy that we had to come back the next day early to give it a try. It's out with the hype? Absolutely! Not fancy and you feel like you're at the beach, but the seafood choices and service is very good. There are so many choices that I would advise coming multiple times to do the menu justice, but we did enjoy the fried choices by going with fried tuna bites, fried clam strips, and fried onion rings. The only exception was the Manhattan clam chowder. Parking is very challenging so I would recommend going early or going later otherwise the crowd is crazy. Def worth a trip.

Must have fresh oysters. Not fishy, very sweet ! Lobster roll the best! French fries was fresh as well and crispy. We also had crab cake. Small serving only 1 ,not too big but tasted good

Casual, outdoor roadside bistro serving fresh seafood dishes in paper trays. Everything we got was delicious, including the chowder, crab cake, calamari, mussels, tuna steak and sweet potato fries. Love their smoky chili mayo. The cooking and flavors are simple and highlight the ingredients. Service was friendly and overall great value for price!

It was a good experience. Service was great. The food was quite nice. Not too impressed with the oysters - they were really small & quite gritty. The lobster roll was delicious. We went after sunset and got chewed up by mosquitoes- a most unpleasant experience

Great service and super fast. Scott was super nice and watched our bikes at the front! Fish and chips were massive and nicely batterer. Clam chowder was good and lobster roll was well-balanced. Will certainly be back!

The perfect roadside americana clam bar. It’s what you want, when you think of a classic spot. Great beer options with amazing food specials. The servers were so unbelievable nice. When my friend said he had never had a clam before, the head chef overheard and brought out one of each, along with a mussel and an oyster, all to explain the difference and history of each. Then she gave us a free sample of little neck clams. Honestly, the place is so good that it’s somewhere I see making a tradition out of visiting once a summer.

Stopped here back in May on the way to Montauk and it did not disappoint. The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had and the lobster roll was delicious. It was my first lobster roll too!

There were so many cars parked at this roadside restaurant that I had to stop! We ordered a clam chowder and lobster roll and both were absolutely delicious! It gets a bit warm under the sun but it’s an experience to dine here!

Amazing spot. The lobster rolls were both amazing (hot and cold). We also had clam strips, tuna bites, shrimp cocktail, kale salad, onion rings, and beer! Tuna bites had a bit more batter than we would like - you can skip those. Go for the lobbies, onion rings, sweet potato fries, corn. Ask for extra cole slaw. It was fiiiiiire!

We came here on our way to Montauk. It's a great place to stop by when you just want to have seafood already and you haven't made it to Montauk yet. They had outdoor seating, plenty of parking, and a welcoming staff. We ordered the Fried shrimp and fries to go and ate them in our car. The fried shrimp was well coated in breading and deep-fried bringing the shrimp crispy and golden brown. It tasted fresh as if they just got it straight out of the water, you know that salty, with a hint of the sea taste. The french fries paired with fried shrimp were a great combination. We would definitely come back if we ever make our way here again.

Ordered food to go and since we live I'm PA it was a few hours til we ate it, wife had the chowder and she loved it and I did the clam strip appetizer and even reheated they we great. Followed it up with key lime pie and they were really good. Very subtle lime flavor . Overall really like the place and would love to go again if it wasn't so far away.

We go here whenever we are in the area. Nice, comfortable roadside outdoor dining. Exceptional lobster roll and clam chowder on a really nice menu! The service is very good and the staff are friendly. The lobster roll is a bit pricey but worth every penny!

Finally made it here. Loved the outdoor casual vibe. Servers were all chill and cool. Had a delicious lobster roll and fries, along with a Corona. Place was full bit still very comfortable. Caught some sun and people watched while waiting for my food which came out so quickly. Have to get some clams next time.

Prices were higher than I thought they would be. I wish the hot lobster roll was on better bread instead of cheap hot dog buns. It diminishes the 🦞

Without a doubt the Best Lobster BLT sandwich that I have ever eaten. There was plenty of seats, you can either be seated for a table, sit at the counter top, or stand and eat at a table. Parking can be tough at time but, there is shoulder parking, DON'T PARK IN THE BIKE LANE. There are a variety of items to choose from the menu.
