We finally got to try dinner here, hubby got the chicken fried buffalo ribeye, I got one bite. And holy wow it was delicious! I had the espresso rubbed filet, the coffee flavor wasn't over the top, it was an incredible blend of flavors, I absolutely loved it. Both our steaks were cooked PERFECTLY to order. The green beans were tender crisp, which is a huge plus for me.
We had the duck bacon as one of our appetizers.... I love duck, and this did not disappoint, it was fantastic.
Snickerdoodle creme brulee and the lemon parfait for dessert were both scrumptious. The lemon parfait wasn't weak on the lemon flavor either, it very lemony and TART! My husband absolutely loved it.
Can't wait to go again. Absolutely delicious. Glad to see an upscale fine dining establishment, pricey but worth every penny!
Came on a Thursday night and saw several servers we knew which was fun. Caitlyn was our server and she was excellent. I had the burger, my husband had the filet -- both well-cooked and very flavorful. I enjoyed his brussel sprouts side as well! Creme brûlée for dessert was also very good. Great wait staff & bartenders. The atmosphere is possibly the best in town -- very classy with huge wine room. This will be our new go-to place for sure!
We finally got to go and we were both truly impressed. Normally even at some of our more local nicer eateries we can still beat them in our own kitchen and I was impressed. I would have liked to have seen maybe triple the green beans on our $32 steak plate, but the filet was phenomenal! They had an Asian Soup and a Hazlenut/Almond Tiramisu that was to die for. And they gave us candles for our anniversary dessert
This is an amazing Resturant! The Chef is exceptional! He can take care of dietary needs; gluten free or dairy free, in the most delicious manner!
The Decor is exceptional! You can even have an expresso with your gluten free dessert!
So excited that you guys have opened!
Started with a couple of Moscow Mules, they were strong and excellent. We had the Duck Bacon for an appetizer, it was good, but a little pricey for how much you get. The entres were the 15 day aged Ribeye and the Salmon, both were cooked to perfection and delicious. The ribeye was huge! For desert, it was the mint chocolate chip creme brulee, the sugar on top was burned and that gave the whole thing a weird after taste. It was a miss for desert, but they have other options that are good that we have had before. Service was great, good pacing for all the courses. Overall a great experience.
Prices were great for such a trendy place. Two bars, lots of wine selections and even cigars. When this places gets found, all the hipsters will be lined up.
We had a very good experience. Great service, very nice atmosphere. I had the wild caught salmon and my wife had the smoked pork chops. Both were outstanding. We also had the lamb chops as an appetizer and highly recommend those as well.
Copper Fire is an upscale and very hospitable restaurant I enjoy visiting regularly. The staff will take great care of you. I have been here many times and enjoy it like it's my first. The selection of wine and liquor is amazing and their food is full of flavor.
My friend and I dined for dinner. Restaurant was not very crowded for a weekend evening so we were somewhat apprehensive that we had not made a good choice. We were pleasantly surprised though by the service and food. Our server was somewhat of a novice to serving but she made up for inexperience with attentive service. Steak and seafood were excellent. A bit disappointed in the toffee pudding cake dessert. We expected it to be served warm in the way Gordon Ramsay serves a similar dessert at his restaurants. However this was served at room temp. Would have been better warmed. All in though, it was a great meal.
We had the most marvelous Sunday Brunch at Copper Fire Grill. The brunch menu is unique with tempting entrees. We started with a sorbet Mimosa. It was delightfully refreshing. We ordered the New Mexico omelette with red and green sauce...superb! We received excellent service from our server. The atmosphere has a relaxing ambiance and yet is casual and comfortable.
We now have an alternative for Sunday brunch! What a find. The Build Your Own Benedict was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, with asparagus and some of the best potatoes I've encountered here. The Bar offered an incredible Spicy Bloody Mary complete with all the veggies. Fresh OJ and robust coffee round out the selection. Just off Georgia on Civic Street, I highly recommend the Copper Fire Grill for Sunday Brunch.
