It was pretty good. I can see the attraction if you REALLY like biscuits. Haha!
A little on the bland side for me. Standard diner or I-Hop breakfasts are better, (and less crowded), you just have the option for booze here. 😉 Not a big fan of the cafeteria style "order up front and no waiter" model.
I prefer a server or being able to order food at the bar.
All in all it was good for what it is. Probably better to just grab a pile of specialty biscuits and take them to go though.
Another great local foodie spot in Amarillo! I’m in love with the flavors, quality, and friendliness of this place. What a great concept based mostly on the beauty that is a chicken biscuit! The hot honey was perfect and the spicy pickles added another dimension to the sandwich. It was big enough to save some for later, along with a blueberry biscuit I go to-go. The chef came out and chatted a bit when he found out it was my first time there, just to see how it was. Only a confident chef will do that, and he has reason to be. It was great! I’m only passing through, so can’t go back, but will if I’m ever through Amarillo again!
Great food, solid flavors. Nice atmosphere. Friendly folks. Lucky for us we stopped by!
Absolutely wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in the door, a server was delivering food but could tell it was our first time. She took a moment to explain how it worked as the menu was on whiteboards on the wall. The food was delicious! The whole wait staff was so friendly, it was so refreshing! Definitely going back!
My daughter and I went here after shopping, getting haircuts, and getting our nails done, and while you do order at the counter, they have a nice digital menu to look at while you're standing in line to try to figure out what you want. There are a ton of choices! I got the Great balls of fire sandwich my daughter got the Benedict, but I can't wait to go back and try other things. They also have a bar, which is a huge plus. I like the decor with the twinkly lights and combination of plush furniture, nice chairs, but a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back! My only wish is that they had some dairy free options for my husband who has an allergy. He misses out on so many great things in Amarillo because of this allergy, and so eating out has kind of been a land mine since he was diagnosed with this 3 years ago. However, this place is a great place to go with friends, coworkers, and to have a nice little breakfast or lunch after a morning or early afternoon of shopping. I can't wait to be back.
Fresh made biscuits (variety of flavors), huge cinnamon rolls, muffins, and more plus breakfast and lunch! Definitely going back to try more stuff!
Amazing flavors! From the food to the drinks, our experience was well above expectations. The staff and bartenders were all very friendly. The prices were about as expected. Not cheap but definitely not over priced. Highly recommended!
