05/13/22 - It was my first time going to a Weinerschnitzel in a VERY long time. I chose the drive-thru, placed my order, and pulled up to the window. The young man Hayden - apparently new to the position - greeted my pleasantly, but I noticed on the receipt that he'd missed the Wild Berry Floats. When I brought it to his attention, he quickly recognized his mistake, apologized, and rang them up - even granting me a discount (with supervisor Barbara's approval) because the mistake was his.
While the Chili Cheese Dog, the Chicago Dog, and the Chili Cheese Fries (don't forget the Wild Berry Floats!) were very tasty, it was Hayden's mature handling of his mistake that impressed me the most. Great job, Hayden! I will return specifically because of your excellent service.
VERDICT: VERY GOOD FOOD, BUT GREAT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
One of my favorite franchises and usually never have any problems, unfortunately the cheese that came with my pretzel bun was curdled, and I didn't receive my mini corn dogs in the same night! Why did this happen :(
Had a large order to go right after they opened. They were nice professional and fast!
You can never go wrong with the chilli cheese dogs and fries with extra chilli and cheese!! Just wish they would open yhe inside.
Our first time eating at one of theses and it was very good! Friendly staff and clean restaurant!
