The food was really good. Service was great. They were friendly and fast. The place is nice, clean, and roomy. You don't feel like you're on top of each other. Take a look at the food!!! You'll be going back time and time again!!!

Back to my sweet spot for flavorful, locally sourced food. Ginger Garden is an absolute favorite for there incredible value lunch which includes a sweet and sour dipping sauce with dipping rangoons. choice of four different soups, an entree, and The Most Fabulous Chinese Tea ever. The Tea is a house made blend of different green teas and other black teas! It is the smoothest no acrid taste Tea ever! I wish they would sell the tea blend to customers! Anyway this spectacular daily lunch combo is only 10-12$$ per person! Amazing and super delicious! They have recently renovated and everything sparkles and looks great! Makes for a very pleasant ambience to finish that pot of tea! We had the shrimp Lo Mein , the pork fried rice, broccoli chicken, and Spring Rolls~súper light and yummy!

A little slow in service but good and the wait was worth it. We (2 in our party) ordered House Fried rice, Beef with onions & peppers, Chicken with Broccoli, Spring roll, Crab rangoons and wonton soup; ALL DELICIOUS. Don't order the lemonade, tasted like water; we had to order something different.

The food is good and cooked well. The atmosphere has changed but is still quite enjoyable. My guess is that there is new management. The service is prompt and friendly. A nice dining experience. The menu has combo deals before 3 pm on weekdays so that helps to offset the cost as well.

Not usually in the area and decided to drop by as we were passing through. So glad we did! Excellent food and service, and we are super picky about our sushi. The only negative is that the decor is seriously dated, but honestly didn't really care :)

I often go here with my friends as it is closer to UMass. Very nice and polite people and the food is awesome. The chili oil wonton is a must as starter. The noodles are good as well. Try the chef specials as they are always the best.

Best Restaurant in Pioneer Valley! In All categories! Priced very low, especially Lunch Specials! Terrific Food & Portions, Great Service, Atmosphere (is low light), Music, Decorative, Clean & Proper, Plenty of space (tables etc.) I like General Tsao chicken without spicy (order), Pork Fried Rice, Wonton Soup, Spring Roll (vegetable), hot tea, Great place for a date, or family or friends gathering. Try it! You'll thank me later!

A great place to enjoy tasty Asian food. The staff was very welcoming and were always checking if we were doing ok. Even couple of jokes every often resulting in very good service. Interesting and ample menu with choices for every taste. I noticed a very convenient phone ordering and easy pickup system. Definitely a place that I will visit again.

Went there on Monday at 5ish and it was moderately crowded and continued to get more so as time went on. Great ambiance inside and staff very attentive to our presence and needs(water refills, clearing dirty plates). Started out with an app of tuna tartare which was very good. Tuna seared perfectly and served with thin slice of jalapeno and spicy mayo on it. Creamy avocado and ponzu sauce complimented the heat nicely! Our dishes came with Ginger salad which was nice sized and the dressing was superb! mine also came with miso soup which was very good. Lots of seaweed and tofu in it and the broth was very tasty. I ordered Sushi platter as well as some ala carte rolls and sushi. I also ordered the Dragon on Fire Specialty Maki roll because on Monday it is 30% off. That was the only piece that was truly disappointing. The shrimp tempura within was warmed too much and made the rice and outside toppings soggy. It was also drowned in way too much sauce turning the roll into a pile of mush. The sushi was good, not great mostly because the rice was very bland. It could have been seasoned more with vinegar to complement the fish better. Wasabi was fresh and therefore made up for what was lost in the rice. Overall pricing is good as well as size of sushi pieces and maki rolls. Nice place and good food. Menu is extensive to satisfy everyone's tastes!!

We've been going here for a while. We usually order off their authentic Chinese menu or get sushi/sashimi. Food is always fresh, well prepared, and deliscious.

okay to be clear this is one of those large highway emporiums with few windows and plush dark spaces. it has a huge menu. I thought it would be all meat with few vegetables but the one dish I ordered asparagus and snap peas and chicken had both a lot of chicken and a huge amount of snap peas and asparagus. the sauce was yummy garlic and medium Greasy. which was better than I expected, I thought everything would be super greasy. and did I mention it was only $14 for my entree with brown rice, huge amount of veggies, huge amount of chicken?. so the price is excellent and the food is really pretty good.

It’s a nice little place . Great location , nice atmosphere. But they have a very hard time not overcooking their food . Chicken especially.. I order once a week for work and it’s been months since I’ve been able to eat more than a bite or two of the chicken . It’s hard and stringy and way too overdone to enjoy . I’ve even gone back after work a couple times and had them remake it . It’s just sad , chicken is so easy , it shouldn’t be difficult to make correctly. I would order something else if they didn’t burn their oil .. everything just tastes old lately So we’ve taken a break and will try again in a few months

Best tasting Vietnamese spring rolls ever! They were so fresh, crunchy, and delicious. We felt good after eating them. The peanut sauce was exceptional too. Great food and great service
