This was our first time at Roy's. We celebrated our engagement and my fiance's birthday. They had a promo going on where I got a $30 bonus card for every $100 Gift Card I bought with them. I was able to use the bonus card the same day. Great deal! When making our reservation, I mentioned that we were celebrating two social occasions and Roy's really came through. We were seated in the quietest booth of the restaurant and constantly had kitchen staff and the manager checking in on how we were doing. They even set two postcards on the table saying 'Congratulations' and 'happy birthday' in Hawaiian. Our waitress and the chef were very receptive to our need to eat gluten free and made great recommendations from the menu. It was a great experience and we will definitely be going back again.

Wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary in Anaheim. Definitely was a great dinning environment. Had the lobster pot stickers which were outstanding then to the main course was the Roy's trio and glazed beef short ribs! Service was also great! Would definitely recommend and eat here again as well.

Fantastic food - we had delicious sushi rolls and spring rolls for starters and the table ranged from scallops to lobster to fish trio to steak and we all agreed it was a great restaurant choice. Service was good, not too rushed and a great atmosphere. A great go to for a business dinner or special occasion

Amazing service! We ordered the mignon and lobster tail and the sea scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly! Cool Breeze with cucumber vodka was delicious. I recommend it, if you like vodka. We took a chance on the pineapple upside down cake because my mom's is the best. I was not disappointed! Everything was wonderful. My husband and I will definitely eat there again when we visit Anaheim.

The food was good but most of all our server Christine was very attentive to our needs. She was very courteous and accomodating to us. Thank you Christine. Would come back for sure (Katella location).

Roy's is consistently wonderful. It may be known for Pacific Rim fusion, but the filet or rib eye is to die for.

We had a great dinner- tiger prawns and noodles were very tasty. Chocolate soufflé for dessert was well worth the wait. Service was also very good.

I loved the butterfish. It melted in my mouth. Portion was good and it came out hot just the way I like it. It was a 3 course meal with a choice of appetizers. I got the tempura crushed ahi roll. For dessert, I got the Thai Line Tart. It's not like the key lime pies in Florida's Key West but it was good and limey and tart. I'm not a breast meat kind of person so I skipped the turkey breast meal. Others got lobster bisque and it has chunky bits of lobster in it. I tasted the pumpkin crunch cake and that was very festive and a great holiday dessert.

Food is not bad, but nothing special. They serve typical fusion Hawaiian food from comfort to fine dining. The quality is decent but we used to eat here more because of the superb service and food quality, I think it has gone down a little after COVID years.

Went for our anniversary. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but couldn’t be more pleased. The short ribs were outstanding. Wife said the shrimp were good too!! Not in Hawaii but the Mai Tai’s weren’t to bad. Service made the experience perfect. Definitely would go back. Oh and the Pineapple Upside Down cake was great too!!

Great restaurant with a great atmosphere and great service. Brandon was our waiter. He was very friendly and helpful. Our table of 4 got the brussel sprouts to share. They had a really good sauce on them, and the brussel sprouts were well-seasponed and crunchy. I had the 8oz filet mignon. My girlfriend got the 14oz rib eye. We tried each others plates. Both were very tasty, but I think the filet mignon was better. The meat was more tender and buttery. The filet was seasoned perfectly, and the sauce was delicious, too. The scalloped potatoes were amazing. The broccoli and carrots were also good. For dessert, my girlfriend and I shared the chocolate soufflé and the lemon tarte. The lemon tarte was nothing special, in my opinion. The chocolate soufflé was pretty good. I don't think I'd order either dessert again, though. Overall, the food was really good and we all enjoyed our dinner. Thanks!

From starter to finished by dessert, Roy's has a simple, but superb selection of seafood and steak options. Not to mention, the best class service with on point wait times and friendly staff. It WILL be worth a visit just to brag about your experience to your friends and family. Reserve now!

Yesterday was my birthday 🥳 We celebrated at Roy’s in Anaheim. I picked Roy’s because we’d went to Roy’s before but while on the Big Island of Hawaii last year and it was amazing. Well I am here to let you know that Roy’s here in Anaheim is just as beautiful 🤩 The ambience is absolutely beautiful and looks amazing. There is lovely indoor dining and beautiful outdoor dining with beautifully lite torches like an Hawaiian setting. All the art decorations inside and outside are beautiful Hawaiian 🌺 art. The food was deliciously mouthwatering and lots of choices on the menu. There is a great wine 🍷 and cocktails 🍸 menu. Customer service was excellent and our waiter Michael was very helpful and attentive during our dining experience. With it be located on Disney’s Garden Walk makes it a great place to visit especially during summer because you may get to see a beautiful firework show from Disneyland if you’re lucky 🤞🏽 But most of all the food is delicious 😋 and customer service is outstanding! Our waiter Michael should be applauded for his great customer service and his hospitality!

Roy's has long been one of my favorite restaurants, be it on Oahu, in the SF Bay Area, or this one right by Disneyland. I always get the short ribs, and have never found a place that surpasses how Roy's prepares it. We dined here recently with some old friends, and once again, I was not disappointed. Great short ribs, tender beyond belief, rich and flavorful, with decadent mashed potatoes underneath. Service was excellent, and we had some nice attention from the manager as well. I was sad to hear from my friend that most of the Roy's branches throughout the mainland have closed, with Anaheim being one of only two remaining on the mainland. I sure hope this one survives -- it was fairly empty when we were there (although we did start dinner on the late side).

An absolute must when we are in the area. This wonderful restaurant checks all boxes, and their "Aloha Hour" is exceptional. We visit for happy hour several times while vacationing, then bring the whole family for dinner at least one night. I've attached some photos of the yummies we had yesterday

Nice upper scale restaurant. Great appetizers and food. Had the sushi, pork ribs, pot stickers, wedge salad and spring rolls all of which were really good appetizers. The short rib (a little dry) and butter fish combo was good. Service was a little slow (three hour dinner) but we did have 11 of us and a lot of appetizers. Definitely recommend.

Really nice place. They are heavier towards seafood, but have some steak if you are not a seafood person. They also kind of have a kids menu, but I did not have one to see, so you can ask. Appetizer options are excellent and taste great. Desserts need to be ordered a little early as they are freshly made. Molten cake and pineapple upside down cake. I prefer the molten cake. Drinks are great as they have specialty cocktails and traditional/classic drinks. You can even get bottles of wine and Champaign here. They have outdoor, indoor and bar area seating. The bar is first come first serve. You can order all the normal food at the bar. So if you don't have a reservation and it's a long wait give the bar a try. Highly recommend if you are in the area. It Isa little expensive, but the food is really good. They will validate your parking, so it helps discount your parking in the structure.

We were greeted warmly and loved the beautiful atmosphere. They have a large bar area and dining area with tables and booths. Ask for Madison for friendly, knowledgeable service! They specialize in seafood and it is delicious but don't skip dessert - the chocolate lava cake is amazing!

A genuine gem sitting right in the Disneyland zone hotel core of Anaheim. We fell upon it by accident as visitors to the city after some others in our group had a poor experience at another nearby restaurant. Hawaiian fusion, which translates to a lot of excellent seafood focused items with some terran protein options like ribs and filet. Nice tables, great service. Fast kitchen. We had the sampler appetizer, a great salad and some of the best seafood dishes I've had in a while. Their sauces are divine, every dish was a masterpiece of complex flavours. Lobster and scallops cooked to perfection. A pineapple upsidedown cake finished off the meal with a bang. Can't recommend Roy's enough, you may want to consider a reservation. You going to spend $50-100 a person for a meal and it's well worth it. Order the Ali'i Seafood Dynamite dish if you want one of the best meals you've ever had.

This place is an amazing restaurant. A little pricey but if you have the money for a special occasion I would strongly recommend. There waiters are amazing and has a calm atmosphere. Me and my party tried three different entrees (classic 4, seafood sampler, and the filet Mignon with lobster) all of which where absolutely spectacular. Pictures of the entrees shown below

Really good food and our waiter was great, too! The code was kind of forgettable, but the short rib was the best, most tender short rib I've ever had. The Yukon may and broccolini were also delicious.

This place is a great for date night! We had the crispy egg rolls and dumplings to start. Both were delicious and presentation was lovely! For the main course we had filet mignon (cooked to perfection) and seared scallops. We ended with the lava cake and even though I didn’t need that dessert, I’m glad we had it, it was so good! For drinks: jalapeño margaritas, Hawaiian martini, and an old fashioned. We will definitely go back!

We were in town for a conference and there were a lot of choices for dinner. We picked Roy’s because it was close by. And it was the best pick!! Our waiter, Lindsay, is the best. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Then Spencer is a great GM. He came by and chatted with our table. Then Chef Patrick came by as well to see how the food was. Overall, we love the place. But the folks made it special for us. Mahalo!!!

Upscale Hawaiian focused spot in the Garden Walk. Came here for dinner with my parents on a Friday evening and made a reservation in advance. We had the canoe sampler for the appetizer and even though it’s meant for two people, we were able to split it amongst the three of us. My dad particularly loves the spring rolls they have. I had the jumbo tiger shrimp as my entree, which came with 6 pieces of shrimp and a very small amount of noodles. My mom had the classic combo, while my dad had an order of a sushi roll. They were out of salmon on that particular night and so the classic four dish was unavailable. The entrees were all on the smaller side, so I would suggest ordering some sides if you’re on the hungrier side. Service was friendly and checked in on us often. They inquired about allergies at the beginning of the meal and since my mom is allergic to shrimp, they were very clear and direct in terms of what may potentially trigger her allergies. Credit cards accepted. Paid garage parking (no street parking available). Bathrooms located in the back right hand side. It is good for large groups.
