The girls who were working the drive thru weren't very nice. Was told to order at the window and then received attitude and eye rolling when they were reading off another customers order, and I informed them that I hadn't ordered yet. That I was who they told to order at the window. Once they took my order, it was out pretty fast and I was on my way. So bad start with an ok ending.
Food was 👍 great!! Daniella was fantastic!!!
Helpful and courteous when I order. The restrooms are clean and the floor is open so it is ADA helpful. Drive thru is quick and for the most part the special orders are correct.

I ask for them to SUBSTITUTE the ham for an extra egg. Giving me more protein. If they ADD the egg, it'll cost you more. SUBSTITUTE extra egg no additional cost.

I love Jack in the Box and having one relatively close to where I live makes it even better. Amazing service and the employees seem to always have a positive attitude and are not stingy with sauces or condiments. Only negative is that I never heard from the hiring manager after I called them to confirm if they had received my job application although she said she would check later. But that’s neither here nor there, place is great!
The crew at this Jack in the box is always happy. Everyone was laughing and enjoying their work. The Pinapple shake is amazing.
I ordered a sourdough cheeseburger, my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and we received 1 sourdough cheeseburger and some other form of double cheeseburger, that's the only issue
