Food was great! I ordered a promotional 10 pieces and a salad for a total of $28. The only thing I don’t like is they didn’t have extra napkins, sauce, or straws available for customers.
My husband liked his food. However, there was no chicken at this chicken restaurant. It would be a 30 minute wait. When that's your primary business, that should be managed better.
They mix cilantro into most things and you can't order items without it so the chicken is what I can eat. As such, I didn't get anything to eat. Kiddos were good with the mac and cheese.
The pollo bowl no longer comes with breast. Instead you need to add it to your order for an extra dollar. Was pretty bummed I wasn't informed of this until after I ordered my pollo bowl.
Love the double tostada bowl with extra dressing and green sauce extra beans and rice avocado and mix it all up and it's bomb I tell ya! Try it. Fills you up too like two meals.
The burritos here are absolutely awesome. They've definitely stepped it up from a couple years ago thank you El Pollo loco.

Any time I go here it's pretty fast, the place is clean, in a good area and the employees are always cool. I would recommend to any body 😎🤙

I love El Pollo Loco food & they always have something new on their menu. I tried the shredded chicken quesadilla combo & it was great. They might be a bit slow in the drive through, but this is because they make your order fresh & the minute you order it

The staff are horribly rude, especially the manager. Food is excellent, but need to work on customer service and lieing about their closing hours. I only go their rarely now. But the food is damn good!
Had to wait for 9 minutes but it was lunch time and they were busy, so it's alright. Staff can surely brighten up the place with their smiles and attitude.!! Anyway, this place is nearby and convenient for us, so no complaints.

Today on Feb. 3 around 4:45pm I stopped by in the drive thru and it was full. I waited a few minutes and kept thinking why isn’t it moving. Idk if they were changing shifts or what. Haha And I was thinking in leaving. However, I stayed in drive thru. Out of nowhere it started to move very fast. Just wanted to say shoutout to the workers!! The girl in the intercom was super polite and confirmed my order at the end. I never been in a drive thru at any restaurant were the worker confirms my order. When I pulled up to the window, the girl Bianca confirmed my order and cleaned my drinks before she handed it to me. She was professional, polite and efficient. I was amazed from her service! I work in management and I would give her a job anytime. You can tell she is a hard worker. Thank you Bianca for your good service because I know how hard it is to work in the field. To top it off I thought I will never come to this location because of prior experiences. But thank you for everyone that worked this day! I’ll definitely come back!
