The place looks clean and relaxed and people seemed to be friendly and nice and well mannered came in to pick up a couple tacos just my favorite hours are from early mid day and they close at 9 but the drive-through open till 2 o'clock in the morning
3/23/2022 = 4 Star = i did online order using my apps, when i pick up my order. They never say hi , hello or thank you, or good morning . Will try again next time .

My niece's like this place. This location had good customer service. The kids said everything was good.
Aww , guess what? I didn't get filling in 1 out of 7 jalapeno poppers. However, I can say everytime I go through the drive thru my order is always good fresh and delish. I wish I could attach a picture but it's not allowing me to do so, darn technology, oh here it is.
I just love it especially the cheesy curly fries. Good service! Love the drinking machine, always fun to mix your drink your way.
Recently, wasn't so grand. Order was partially wrong, but not bad because it was a more expensive item, but still a wrong order. Everyone else had wrong orders, too. One person wanted to get fries corrected; it shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes.
Other people had problems too and a bit of waiting during that visit, too.
Every other time was spot on and perfect, and friendly. I've made some really cheap app purchases, too. Also not bad.
However, my experiences were definitely a lot more positive, so folks, YMMV.
This location on euclid I have visited it several times lately and they seem to be the fastest jack in the box I've ever visited. The food was good and the staff seem pleasant and they have always given me what I ordered. Seems lately a lot of the fast food joints want to charge extra if you ask for ranch dressing to go with your fries but never had that issue here. Place is older then some but overall I have enjoyed each visit
