We went through the drive-thru and bought a Family Meal. When we got home, it was Hot and Fresh! My family really enjoyed our dinner tonight and Kudos to tonight's team and managers!

This location was decent. Not the best - not the worst. Got the 4 piece chicken combo. Chicken was a little extra crispy on the outside but still delicious on the inside. Service was fast and friendly. Restrooms could use some love. Overall, it was a good experience.
This is my first time at this pollo loco and I believe it was Salvador taking my order. He was super nice, got my order correct and I will definitely come back!
The food was great! And they were fast. The employees there seem like they have a rhythm going and everyone was smiling. Just sucked that some dude was in the bathroom for like 30-40min smh other than that. Ideal pollo Loco with great people

This location seems fairly new or recently remodeled. The lobby is really nice. Staff was friendly and the food was great!
This location is always clean. Employees go the extra mile to make sure the tables are clean and the floors swept.
Also, the quality of the food is great. Some of the locations have lowered the quality of the food, like the everyone's very favorite avocado sauce. Every time my family and I go to our local restaurant in YL, we regret it. The avocado sauce is, every time, a salted chalky watery "avocado" sauce. So, now when I am craving my favorite chicken, I go to eather the Anaheim hills one or this location in Anaheim.

I took soup it was delicious but I waited 15 minutes half of my break for soup I hope next time it won't be so expensive
