Awesome food, with a 5 min wait time, our waitress was friendly and offer wine as usual and our cups never went empty. Abundant of breadsticks

Great and worth the wait.. I went yesterday with my nephew and he was being fussy at the table. The server took his order and returned promptly with our drinks and some breadsticks for him to snack on, and I had a chance to decide what I wanted. I am so glad, they were so helpful. I used to live in flordia and oregon and tried the olive gardens in both those states when my friends wanted to go out and I never have been so impressed but this one is definatly the best quality of them all. It is fairly priced in my opinion, for the service and the food was just great. I have no complaints except they seemed understaffed. I loved the peach bellini beverage... AND Free refills! I would go again in a heart beat.
Outstanding!. Food was fantastic and prompt. I had shared the spicy shrimp appitizer with my mother and I almost ate the whole plate myself! I treated myself and ordered the steak gorgonzola with alfredo and I am glad I did. It was a tasty as it smelled and looked. We split a dessert and I highly recomend that chocolate chocolate cake! It is creamy and moist. Our servers were so nice, and we ordered a bottle of the house rose wine and it was wonderful with everything! I have tasty lunch leftovers for work tomarrow and I would definatly go again!

Decent!. Service was GREAT! We could have easily got up and walked out BUT the manager was spot on!!! Unfortunately, our 4 yr. old experienced a shower of cold water. The manager, about 5 employees came to her side cleaned the ice water up and COMPed the WHOLE meal dessert and ALL! I love the marinara. Hey don't expect a local type of Italian restaurant but for a franchise,. We love it!!! Staff was very polite, if you don't like to wait then go during an off time, we show up about 3-4pm for dinner hardly any wait we even ask for a booth.
Great service! Kudos to them for realizing a mistake and owning up to it, hard to find that these days!

I've been to this Olive Garden 6 times already, and I have to say....I'm in love! The very first time I went wasn't the best experience, as the wait time was almost 3 hours...but every time I have gone, the waiters and food have been great! If you're going to give this place a bad review because of the wait time...why bother? It's Alaska's first Olive Garden, and there's obviously going to be a lot of hype.. My advice, is to try to go before 4:30, that's when you can expect to not wait as long!
Delicious!. I went to Olive Garden one month ago and I have to say I am impressed. I got my usual which i get in the lower 48 restraunts which is chesse ravioli with alfredo sauce. It was really good and I would say that the 4 hour wait was worth it. After my meal I got the mini chocolate moose cups which were pretty good! The soup was excellent. The breadsticks were the best! Gotta go back sometime. Olive Garden is my most favorite restraunt.
Soup & salad. This is the best bang for your buck, flavor and speedy service. For some reason water is a commodity.
My husband and I went on a Sunday afternoon and was quoted 1 1/2 hr wait.. So we walked over to Kohls and right when we got back about an hour later a table was ready. Sure it was crazy busy in there but our server was totally on it and spaced out our drinks, app, salads and dinner perfectly so we didn't notice it too much. We were just totally stoked to be there, since it is our favorite place to eat! I thought the food tasted as great as it had when we lived in WA, will totally be back once the storm passes.
I made an urban spoon account just to comment how amazing this place is. Make sure to try the Tour of Italy it is worth it!
We normally sit at a bench in the bar, especially if it's busy.. the Long Islands are worth the cost for myself and the wife prefers the Blue Amalfi for sweeter pallets. Food is always good and we have never had an excessive wait for the main courses.
Wow! This Olive Garden experience was awesome. Anthony, our server, has made it into the annuls of one of the best dining experiences I have had. He was professional, attentive, personable, thoughtful, and had a great sense of humor. He exemplifies excellent customer service and for someone like me who prefers to save money and eat at home, I think this place is well worth the money! I don't live in Anchorage, but when I visit again, I will be sure to patron this location and I encourage those who are in the area to eat here because along with hiring great employees (like Anthony...management: please give him the recognition he deserves), the food was delicious, the dining area was great, the bathrooms were clean, and the manager came out to check on us.
Been to this location only a few times but each time it was great customer service and our food was good.
Very lovely date night with my wife. The food was fresh, hot, and served within a timely manner. I have not personally ever been to an Olive Garden before, but was extremely pleased with the food and service. I LOVE Italian, and short of requesting a bit more oregano for seasoning it was spot on.
Food and service is always the same from the last visit. Awesome!!

Tonight I came in to have a quick drink and order food Togo. I initially asked to sit at the bar top but it was already closed and I was still offered the option to sit there regardless of the bar being broken down by the manager. I’m absolutely amazed at Dexter’s genuine hospitality and accommodation. Not only did he go above and beyond but exceeded all expectations and has impressed me beyond belief. I don’t normally leave reviews. I work in the industry myself so I’m aware of the hard work and dedication that goes into working in the industry. Dexter is the reason I’ll frequent this location more often!
After I declined the offer to sit at the closing bar he offered me a booth and asked my preference. Upon being sat he asked if I’d like a beverage right away and I politely declined saying I’d wait on the server. He checked back with me twice asking if I had questions or needed anything because there was a transition in place and my server was unable to stop by.
He took my drink order and brought me a water while I waited. I was ready to order and he took my my order and accommodated every request!
He brought out my soup as well. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed in service especially in anchorage. This is the very first time I’ve just been left speechless with nothing but praises and admiration. Dexter is an asset and I hope is highly valued as he has made an excellent example of what the whole industry is about. I truly hope to cross paths again as I have enjoyed and appreciated all of his work and dedication. He excels the standard expectation and truly shines bright for this company.

The service is always great, the chicken gnocchi soup and chicken parm is my favorite in town! Usually a fair amount of people, and sometimes a short wait (under 10 min) depending when we go to eat there. Prices are higher end of the mid range.
