Wonderful place to take cooking and baking classes at UAA. Fun professors and excellent classes. Culinary classes are offered for both culinary and non-culinary students. I would highly recommend the experience if you want to expand your skills in cake decorating, baking, or cooking world cuisine.

The staff/students are great! The filet mignon was fantastic! The broccolini was maybe fried instead of steamed but the potatoes were just right. The duck confi steamed buns were delicious and the salad was oh so tasty😋 It is a little known secret and the prices are reasonable. You need to go with a couple hours to spare and get the full meal experience!

Food is good, constant menu but have seasonal items depending on the semester at specific time. It can get pretty expensive if eating there daily. A typical meal with a drink and entree can be $7-16 depending on what you get. Lots of drinks, 2 different soups daily, burger station, pizza station, sandwich and salad bars, then lastly a sushi station. They habe chips and sweets by the cashier and some dip and dots. Is their usual menu.

$$$ Prices Listed Below $$$ Formally known as Building F, the Lucy Cuddy Campus Center is one of the five original buildings constructed in 1969. The "five-building" college complex cost 3.2 million to develop. Daytime classes were moved to the campus as early as July with evening classes not moving until October 14, 1969. Building F was renamed the Lucy Cuddy Campus Center on December 2, 1972. Lucy Cuddy was a former member of the University of Alaska Board of Regents. The only cafeteria/restaurant on the west side of the UAA campus. The Dragon sushi roll outside is avocado, cucumber and the inside looks like fine small crab meat. A nice location, but the food while simple was superb. Everything was outstanding. From salad to penne pasta to dessert it was great work by the students.

Cuddy Hall was great. I started attending Thursday night bible study by Chi Alpha. It has been a true blessing and a welcome break in the week to come together with others in God's word.
