I have eaten pizza 🍕 now all across the 🇺🇸 USA and up into 🇨🇦 Canada and this pizza easily rates in my top 5 places now. Wow. 👌Thanks Mike.
Best pizza I’ve had in years. Fresh ingredients and meat was excellent. We were a group of 10 and got the last two tables. Good beer on tap too.. We will make this a favorite spot whenever we are close.

Mike's Pizza of Angels Camp is an institution, it is the best pizza ever. We have friends who have moved away from the area and they request we eat here whenever they come for a visit.
Their red sauce and dough are made in-house and are so good. We love pizza and we eat it almost anywhere we visit, but none of them compare to Mike's Pizza.
The atmosphere is noisy, it is after all a local pizza place, sports games are playing on the TV, kids everywhere, and lots of people. They are always busy.
Great pizza. Even better, nicest staff, from the delightful young woman who took my order to kalan who delivered. They got it to me 10 minutes earlier than expected delivery time. Could there be anything better. High end pizza that's Reasonably priced. I did the California pesto and built it my way. Thank you all.
Saw a review about how great their gluten free pizza was, and how great the ribs were, and can say they were absolutely right! Food was excellent (both gluten free and regular pizzas) and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made sure to tell us about the special offers for the day which turned out to get us upgraded to bigger pizzas. Definitely recommended if you're in the area looking for some great food and service 👍

There were quite a few customers before me I was served in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the all meat pizza I got. I would definitely recommend this place.
They have arcade games and even a juke box!
This was our first time at Mike's Pizza. We went to have an early dinner after going to Visit Calaveras Big Trees State Park. We ordered a Margherita pizza for the kids, a Fish & fries for me, a Tri-tip sandwich with Au jus for my husband, a side of Sweet potato fries and Zucchini sticks. My kids loved their pizza. I will definitely order it again when we come back to visit. My Fish & fries and my husband's Tri-tip was ok, we will order a burger or a pizza next time. The sweet potato fries and zucchini fries were ok. Overall the food was ok but the pizza was great according to my kids. I look forward to coming back and trying something else.
Mikes serve really good food. The staffs are knowledgeable and accommodating.
The pizzas were tasty. The best part is they have different sizes of pizza to choose from. You should choose “Mini” if you are alone and have decent appetite. Their “small” will actually serve two people. There’s a small play area for children. I guess the kids will absolutely love the place.

We were here years ago and loved it. Glad to see it has not changed. The pizza is so so good. Our friends are so impressed and we all agree it is hands down the best pizza we have ever had. The crust was perfect, clearly handmade not over processed at all - a nice snap but still yeasty and a nice chew. The cheese was perfectly balanced and the sauce was perfect ! Not so much that it was soupy and not so little that the crust was dry. If you get to this this area you need to get a pizza here - you will never regret it. I would have gotten a better photo, but they would not get away from it !?

OMG!! This place makes the BEST pizzas!! My partner and I are pizza-eaters and have had numerous pizzas in our life time. We are both travellers and we always stop to try out the local pizza places. We were in Angel Camp for a couple of nights in January 2017 and we found Mike's Pizzas so PERFECTLY made that we went back again and again. The base was just the right depth and had the right crunch and taste. It wasn't too dry or too oily or too soggy or too bland or too salty; it was just PERFECT! The topping was fresh and generous and there were many choices on the menu. The setting and atmosphere was great too. We have travelled to many towns and countries every since and we still have not managed to find pizzas nicer than those at Mike's Pizzas in Angel Camp! We miss your pizzas so much that we plan to come back to Angel Camp one day, just for them!! Thank you for leaving such wonderful memories for our tastebuds... we can't wait to taste your pizzas again soon. M&R Ingwersen, Sydney, Australia
Hands Down the best pizza I've ever ate! Cheese breadsticks were amazing. Buffalo wings were great and not overly sauced. Service was great, everyone was really friendly. Drove an hour to eat here and will definitely come back!
This place has it all. Great pizza, salad bar, beer and wine and soft drinks, great service and good atmosphere. If you are looking for a great pizza place, you found it. As well as video games to keep the kids busy while you relax.
After a long hike we were super hungry when we visited Mike's pizza. We wanted to have good food and we got it! Ordered Zucchini sticks (deep fried with flour coaring), Mini veggie Pizza and veg burger. All three items were great! My 6 star is for zucchini sticks. Authentic place to have good food.
Not my crowd, beer, and pizza for dinner daily. The ribs were dry but went well with the BBQ sauce. There are almost too many servers, most of them are chatting with each other. No one made me a side salad, they threw me a bowl after my food was readt to go, so it is make your own.
Mikes has really great food. The staff is always so nice, helpful and very accommodating. I LOVE how they're a small town Pizza spot and have Gluten Free pizza! We travel out to Angel's Camp about 5-6x a year and Mike's is a must stop for us. Their GF (and regular -Im told by my husband)pizza is delicious. The crust is always cooked perfectly, w a slight chew to it, not crispy or crunchy. The pizza sauce is so yummy and they have topping options galore. They are generous with portions and toppings.
*Now their RIBS are on another level. I've never had fall-off-the-bone Ribs before coming to Mikes.. Their ribs are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. They brine them in a GF marinade and smoke them to perfection. In 1 order, you'll get 6 ribs w BBQ sauce on the side or smothered on top, w bread. They switch the bread for veggies or a salad for me. We always look forward to our return to Angel's Camp but its really to Mike's Pizza when we come to Angels Camp! Lol!
