My first time coming here. I’ve tried almost all the areas Mexican restaurants and this one is by far the best! And the margaritas are awesome!
We always get the best service here. The Taco Tuesdays Tacos were delicious
La Hacienda has been my family's favorite Mexican food restaurant since the 90s. It is family-owned and operated. They are quite often busy and sometimes short-staffed, but they work hard and the food is great. We feel like family when we dine there.
The food was amazing! We loved the extra spicy salsa and the guacamole! Even though we went in 20 min before closing with a group of 7 - they were fantastic! We can't wait to return!
Funny story how my wife and I found this restaurant. We got back into town around 8pm and wanted some Chinese food. We Google searched and found one next door to La Hacienda. Their business hours said it closes at 9pm but when got there, they had people in there but doors were locked and sign said closed. So instead of turning around we went next door. That was the best decision we made. Server was very nice. She wasn't pushy even tho it was late. Once we ordered, our food was ready within 10 minutes. I ordered the Carne asada rib eye cut and my wife ordered a steak salad. (BTW, it was so loaded, you couldn't tell it was a salad.) Steak came out perfectly and the portions were huge! I come from a big city with multiple Mexican restaurants that serve good food so it was a surprise to find a place like this in a small town. Will definitely stop by again if we're ever in town again.
The food is all homemade and delicious! Staff was quick and didn't have to wait for anything. Very enjoyable atmosphere they set here. Altogether it made for a great place for our family to get together for a while and catch up on things. When your done with the delicious food, if you think you can fit more in your stomach, try the deep fried ice cream desert. It's plenty big enough for two maybe even three people ! Had a wonderful experience Tonight.
The best Mexican food I have had in ages . The waitress was running the show all by herself and was amazing at it . We had a great experience
Food and service was good! They have the best homemade salsa. It was nice to eat in.
Great food, service was awesome. This is the nachos only a small example of how great the food was.
We have been coming here for nearly two years on our frequent visits to Angels Camp. I must say we are ALWAYS satisfied and have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is excellent, and the family-owned and operated staff are both friendly and professional. Tacos, Enchiladas, Tacos Pastor, Flautas and Fajitas are my personal favorite. Their chips are fresh and hot and they have two types of salsa, mild and hot/spicy. There are three Mexican restaurants in Angels Camp, ALL are VERY GOOD—we just happen to enjoy the food, service and overall vibe at La Hacienda. You can’t go wrong.
Food was good and came out hot. Good customer service by all staff. One negative they charged $3.50 for each basket of chips a Sala. Most Mexican restaurants include with meals. I would go back again
Great service. The waitress was extremely patient and bilingual so my family and I were able to speak Spanish with her.
Loved the Cheese Burger with Fries. For 9.50 it was an excellent meal. But the kids menu version had the same amount of food for 2 dollars less. It's great for a quick stop.
