My favorite pizza in Ann Arbor and one of the best pizzas I've ever had! I first tried Silvio's because local, organic ingredients are important to me. However, I quickly fell in love with the taste and quality of their food. Their pasta and sauces are homemade daily and remind me of my great grandmother's dishes / recipes that she learned to cook in Italy. The dishes are simple in terms of ingredients but complex in terms of taste. Silvio, the owner / chef, really knows how to combine the highest quality ingredients to bring out the full richness and flavors of those ingredients. And he is a perfectionist when it comes to his food. I've heard from some of his employees that he works 16 hour days (from 5am until close) to make sure every dish is of the highest quality and has the best taste for his customers. It is a long and dedicated process, but it makes a big difference and you can taste the love that Silvio puts into each dish he makes. I find my mouth smiling with every bite of his food. While his pastas are excellent, I think his pizzas are even better. I recently had the fortune to try roughly a dozen different pizzas during a trip to Italy and Silvio's pizza are better in terms of taste, texture, ingredients and overall enjoyment. His crust is world-class, in my opinion, and has the perfect combination of a slightly crunchy exterior / good charring, a slightly chewy interior and complex flavors. While my personal favorite is his basic margherita pizza, you have to also try some of his more exotic combinations (e.g. his truffle pizza and his potato pizza are so original and to-die-for).

My family loves this place! This is my granddaughters favorite restaurant to go to for her birthday dinner choice. The owner Silvio is the sweetest guy ever. He makes everything fresh while you wait. So expect to wait for your food. But keep in mind he's an excellent chef and its worth the wait! He also makes this amazing dessert for the birthday girl or boy (on the house). He comes to our table and takes photos with us. We've never been disappointed with Silvio's. �

I went to Silvio's today with my friends on a whim, and let me just tell you this place is amazing. The owner greeted us right at the door pretty much with fresh biscotti. The pizza and bruschetta platter we got were absolutely delicious. Best fresh pizza crust EVER. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and modern. They grow their own fresh herbs for pizzas, too! It's amazing. And to top it off, these guys have THE BEST tiramisu I have ever had in my life. And we had great customer service by the owner himself. If you ever want good, authentic pizza, go here. I promise you won't be disappointed. ���

Great pizza!!! great owner!!! True love in the kitchen had the opportunity to be in the kitchen with owner chef Silvio and everything he does is fresh homemade from the pasta to all the ingredients

Amazing Fettuccine Alfredo; the pasta was fresh and the Alfredo sauce was not heavy and extremely flavorful. Zev was our server and he provided amazing service. Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza and the alfredo - both delicious! We could tell a lot of love and hard work went into the food. We both enjoyed a nice glass of wine and our server Omar was wonderful. Thanks for a great dinner!

Enjoyed my entire experience at Silvio's. Phil helped my friends and I out today, 9 of us. He was very pleasant and attentive. He made great suggestions and the food was delicious as well. Happy hour, 3-6, was nice as well. Selections of beer and wine with appetizers $2.00 off/each. Will hopefully have the opportunity to come back!! Highly recommended.

I recently went here for my first visit and it was actually for some Whiskey tasting. Besides the tasting, which was awesome, I stayed after to try out the pizza of course. Absolutely incredible and done the way pizza should be. Chewy dough, big crispy bubbles and perfect amount of toppings/cheese which were both high quality. Going back again this week!

Great experience at Silvio’s, met Silvio and had an intriguing discussion on the hydroponics setup in the front. Overall the food was amazing, get the Ravioli for sure, food reminds me of dishes in Italy. Salads are high and flavorful. Pizza is great and the service is excellent.

Silvio’s is authentically good food with a welcoming waitstaff and is family owned and operated. Don’t read into the attachment to Busch’s. It’s a fantastic atmosphere and their dedication to quality and craft belies it’s more corporate location. Try them out for fresh pasta and frankly the best Pizza pie’s in Canton. I’ll see you there.

Every single dish I have tried there has been incredible! The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Also they do all sorts of things like bringing great music here to Canton. I talked to them today and they said they even had a cooking recipe class!

Nice place. They pizzas were great! Service was good as well. I got the pizza with truffle oil and mushrooms. It was delicious. Highly recommend their pizzas. The Alfredo pasta was decent too. I would definitely come back here. It’s a low key place inside Busch’s.

Went to hear live music on Saturday and eat the best pizza. The crust is thin and crunchy, the sauce is not out of a can and the homemade sausage is flavor filled. Add free live music and great atmosphere and it added up to a great Saturday night in Canton. Oh and I had a cocktail, a negroni , which was made right with good quality alchohol and of generous portion!
