This place is addictive. It is a MUST GO if you have never been there. The croissants are perfect and they are better than the ones I had in Paris, France! Really, try this place!

Delicious chocolate croissant and hazelnut mocha! Great service with friendly people behind the counter. Seemed proud of where they worked and told me to come back soon! I just stumbled in but I'll be sure to go back.

Finally a scone that's not dry, more like cake or too sweet!! The chocolate dried cherry scones are AMAZING!! Plump moist cherries, dark chocolate...heaven. The croissants shine!! PS The coffee is amazing as well Intelligentsia Coffee & Monin syrups prove top quality ingredients are the hallmark of everything they do.

Everything we had/have is amazing, and still warm chocolate croissants are unbeatable!

Quaint little bakery, with limited seating indoors (and out if weather is pleasant). Coffee was okay. Had the vegetarian pastie and chocolate almond croissant. Both were delicious, filling and made a good breakfast. One star less because I felt it was expensive(these three things were a total of $13), and wish they could do fresh egg sandwiches in croissants.

We were so happy when we found the Pastry Peddler's croissants! Be still my heart. This is a treasure in Ann Arbor. I treat myself to one of the almond croissants once a month and always feel like I died and went to heaven. Or we buy their plain ones and reheat them in the toaster oven and it is like a trip to France.

Excellent quality pastries and coffee. I have had Croissant, Pain au Chocolate, and Almond Croissant all here, and all have been delicious! I also have heard their Pasties and muffins are fantastic! Their butter/plain croissants are really good because they are not sweet, they are just buttery and flakey! Better than Zingerman's in my opinion!

Excellent pastry and coffee. Everything I have tried has been delicious. They have the best pasties south of the Mackinac bridge. The service is always very friendly and fast, even when the line is out the door.

The pastries here are the best in town, though occasionally they are not properly formed (ie. chocolate falls out of the bottom of chocolate croissants-not fun when the chocolate is very hot!). I don't find the coffee here to be particularly good (though it's not terrible), so I usually pick up my pastry peddler pastries elsewhere.

We discovered this too late... Such a great spot for breaking treats. The croissants and pain au chocolate (or chocolate croissants) even earned the approval of our resident picky Frenchman. Don't forget to try the pasties for something filling.
