Management and employees could do with some better communication. Otherwise what you expect from a JJ's.

I have ordered here A lot, had come to expect a certain quality. When I called to explain disappointment; felt snubbed. To me it was totally out of character. In fact the GM? Brandon has gone over and beyond in the past to make an order right. The original pic was meant to go to the store directly to confirm complaint. Yikes, just made aware it posted public. I would NOT RULE OUT this location- out of say 50 subs ordered in history this 1 sub was my one complaint. The odds are in their favor for better quality products. ππ₯π₯π§π₯ππ
