Starbucks - Antioch - Photo album

I've only gone to this location twice. So I can't say this happens often but I found a bug in my tea. Unfortunately I did not touch or check my drink before I drove off and got to work. I know accidents happen but this was very gross and unfortunate. Idk if I'll visit this location for a while.

The store hours day open til 10 pm… they helped the car in front of me and then told me they are closed at 9:32 pm…. I don’t think one more order would’ve set them behind that much….. what a waste if a drive down there

Dirty in and around location. No soap in bathrooms nor in wall mounted dispensers. Indifference from employees when notified

The front area where the sandwiches and snacks are was a mess today and contained majority of sandwiches that said sell by 4/3/22… which was yesterday. If you’re going to sell products after the sell by date you should definitely be marking the price down. I was starving and bought a sandwich anyway

update, has been better the past few times I've gone. Of all the stores in Antioch, this one by far gets the most drinks incorrect the most often. The chaos customers created this morning was insane! The staff did they best they could with what "WE" gave them to work with. They were really fast when attempting to satisfy the unhappy crowd. And the whole staff worked together great to get threw the HUGE mass of customers!

Weird, the SBUX app doesn't detect or offer to let me order from the store on Lone Tree, in Brentwood, CA. But I still got credit for the purchase in the promotion. Love my cold brew over ice!
