This Baskin Robbins has improved quite a bit over the past six months to a year. This time I got one of the best looking (and tasting) sundaes I've ever had from a Basin Robbins. The staff are friendly again and I look forward to not having to pass this store to go to others closer to Altamonte Springs like I've been doing in the past. If you had given up on the Apopka Baskin Robbins, it is time for another chance.
Felix made my experience amazing! His co-worker (Kristin I believe) lied about not having pralines and cream Ice cream (not really sure why she felt the need to lie about it 🤷🏽♀️) and they did not have waffle bowls or cones. You could definitely tell that they were going through a difficult shift. However Felix's customer service skills were exceptional making the experience a positive one.
Always a good place to go for a really good cup of coffee and a donut. Sandwiches aren't bad but I don't usually get them. Employees are always friendly and smiling.
