My husband, kids and I visited for the first time this early evening. We sat in a booth where our 2.5 yr old daughter proceeded to try and climb into the top corner. She started to throw a fit. When our waiter, Gunner, came to greet us for the first time, he approached with a small bowl of animal crackers and mentioned he had a kid and totally understands.
That small act right there set an amazing tone to our evening. To have wait staff get parents that come in with small kids is awesome because it can be a very stressful (and sometimes embarrassing) time.
Gunnar was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Having him for our waiter made things so calm, smooth and we never once felt that our requests were a burden on him.
We ordered an appetizer, soups and sushi and everything came out so quickly! We were trying to decided for our daughter and Gunnar offered a small bowl of chicken fried rice at no charge to make sure she liked it. I mean, how awesome is that?!
I can't believe how long it took us to try this place! My husband and I LOVE Asian food! We will definitely be coming back, as I think this is going to be our new favorite place!
And to the owner: Please give Gunner a raise, a bonus, paid time off, SOMETHING to reward this amazing waiter you have on your staff! Not only is your food amazing, but it's because of how well he treated us that will make us come back again and again.
Quick service, and attentive staff. Busy parking lot, but we did not wait long to sit even with 10 people on front of us. Delightfully simple menu, and did not wait long for good food. Fresh sushi was an option, but with a 30 minute wait. Brittni H was our waitress tonight, and did a wonderful job. Attention to detail, and going the extra mile really makes a customer feel comfortable, and write positive reviews. Keep up the great work!

Gingerrootz staff is top notch. Professional and fabulous and quick with a wonderful recommendation. This is the perfect place to meet for a happy hour, treat your mom, or take a date. 5 stars isn’t enough.
You made my day! I had a very limited time between meetings and you found an extra chair for me to sit at the end of the bar during a very busy night. Everyone was so nice! I was able to drink a glass of Pinot Grigio, eat some fabulous lettuce wraps and was out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!
Consistently great food, drinks, and service. The majority of their menu can be made Gluten Free (They have an extensive separate GF menu).
The food was excellent and service also. Have been there four times this year and have not been disappointed. The happy hour is excellent with the best sushi.
I've never had a bad meal here. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is even better! Make sure you say hello to Dale...he's a great guy and will make your visit even better!
Absolutely one of our favorite restaurants in the area. I've tried a number of different menu items and have found new favorites with each meal. My current favorites are the House Fried Rice, with a little soy sauce and siracha, and the pan fried dumplings. You will not be disappointed!
Dinner on Christmas Eve was fantastic. They squeezed us in without a reservation. We order drinks (came quick) , a spider roll (fresh and perfect!), tangerine chicken (yummmm), and beef bulgogi (decent flavor needed more spice). Its going to be our new tradition for Christmas Eve!

Great food & service. Clinton was one of the best servers I've have ever had. Great personality.
Excellent food. There must have been a large group as service was slow although the main dining room was mostly empty. I ordered rice noodles with beef and broccoli in brown sauce.
When I arrived for a takeout order, I had a small wait due to short staffing. I had no issues waiting, because I was just happy that they were open and honest. I apologized several times for the fact that they are short staffed. The food was worth the wait! I am Gluten Free, so my orders can get tricky. Everything was exactly as I ordered it, and it was even checked off on my receipt! Made me smile! I have had NO cross contamination issues with this order, so I know they worked hard to make my food safe for me! #foodallergies
We had the new lunch buffet. That was all they were serving for lunch. $16 pp, limited selection, but the food was tasty. Egg rolls , salad with a couple toppings, fried rice, lo mein,beef,sesame chicken, crystal shrimp, donuts balls. My only issue, like most buffets, could be hotter.
This was definitely a quant unique restaurant. The food was good. The staff seemed a bit confused who was supposed to wait on us. Let alone seemed surprised we were there. It took them about 20 minutes or more before they even realized we were there. In fact other guest were seated and given beverage before they even noticed or realized we were in there section.
The food here is AMAZING. I really enjoy their egg rolls and chicken dishes that they offer. Atmosphere is great, and their servers are very attentive and friendly!
